PERSE COULDN'T REMEMBER MUCH FROM their trip to Australia, she was way too drunk to even remember it. She sat beside the window and looked down at the green ocean of trees.

"This seems to be your place of reign."

The woman looked beside her, in a jump, to see Thena, looking at the window as well. Thena had always been the type of person to be silent in presence.

"It is pretty," Perse comments.

"I do understand your frustration," She tells her, "Druig left a hole in your heart, it cannot be replaced any just anyone."

Perse looked up at her friend. "You felt that way about someone?"

She quietly laughed, "'Felt'? Feel."

Thena looked over in the direction of Gilgamesh and Kingo, who were fighting over a Candy Land board game. The smile that Thena displayed was euphoric yet subtle, Perse had always known that Gilgamesh and Thena were an item, just she had never had confirmation of it; until right now.

It had seemed like yesterday that Druig and her were placing bets on it Thena and Gilgamesh were a couple, that bet would never see the day again.

"You miss him, don't you?" Thena looked to her friend, seeing the bittersweetness in her eyes.

"Everyday."

As Kingo's plane landed, the Eternals walked a bit aways to find the civilization. But as soon as she could see the cabins, the lights, the people, her heart had beaten faster and faster.

Walking in, she could feel their eyes glued to her. Even if they didn't seem to, Perse could feel eyes looking at her every movement, her every step.

"Hey, it's okay." Gilgamesh came up beside her, putting a hand on her shoulder. "You're okay."

Karun pointed the camera at every direction of the land, seemingly impressed by it. "It's very nice here, sir."

"Don't be fooled," Kingo tells him, "Ignorance is bliss."

Every step Perse walked, the flowers and trees grew stronger. The townspeople looked amazed by her presence, seeing the flowers bloom brighter colors and the bark of the tree thicken.

"Drawing attention to us, I see," Thena mutters to Perse.

"I can't help it," She grumbled, "I can't control it when I'm nervous."

Suddenly, a man from the village stepped up in front of the trio. "¿Cuál es tu negocio aquí?"
(What is your business here?)
