(What better way to kick off my Season 4 rewrite than with an actual rewrite. This will be like my Miracular rewrite, since most of the episode was ok, except for two things. The first thing is magical charms. I am fan of the idea that Ladybug got a power upgrade, and it was even hinted at in Time Tagger. Basically, magical charms prevent those from being akumatizied again. That is honestly a good way to be safe from Shadowmoth, but there is one problem. The execution and explanation of it. According to Rena Rouge, Ladybug can create whatever she wants, based on the limits she puts on herself. And that the grimoire is what the guardians know so far. IMO, that is confusing and stupid. If she can make whatever she wants, she is basically a goddess with this power. Since she is told she can make ANYTHING she wants. In other words, she can make an item to defeat Shadowmoth easily. It took me some time to find a better way to do this, but thanks to decent thinking, I think I have a good explanation for it's power. It will also be explained a bit more in Essence 2.0. Now the other problem. Kagami. If you read my Miraculous Menace story, I told you guys that I will be talking about her and Adrigami in Season 4. So here it is. FYI, I mean no disrespect to anyone here for what I am going to say. I know some people hate or dislike Kagami simply because she loves Adrien. And don't get me wrong, I was one of those people. I even felt happy that she told Mari that she and Adrien are made for each other in this episode. But after a while, I realized that this is not right. The fact people hate Kagami all because she loves Adrien is so wrong, and so stupid. I can understand why people hate Lila because she lies and bullies Marinette at school. I can understand why people hate Chloe in the past because she is mean. BUT Kagami, they hate her because she is in love with the boy Mari is suppose to be with. That IMO, is the dumbest reason to hate a character. Not to mention, Mari basically gaslighted her in this episode, and at the end, Kagami told Mari that she and Adrien are made for each other. That makes no rational sense at all, and I can firmly understand with those who hate this episode. Thankfully, I am going to show you all how I think Kagami should have reacted at the this. Do I ship Adrigami? Yes I do. It's a good match, but unfortunately spoiler: the ship won't stay here. Now with all that out of the way, please enjoy my first rewrite of Miraculous Ladybug Season 4).

The story starts in Mari's room as she, transformed as Ladybug, is mixing stuff together. She is trying to make something to stop Shadowmoth from akumatizing people again. Alya talks about how she is shocked Mari is Ladybug, and will now have her back. Alya is then more shocked to see that there were 71 times Mr. Pigeon was akumatized. She continues to work, but only creates a couple of explosions in her room. Alya then sees Mari breaking into madness. She has a sombrero to hear anything coming, and a trap for anyone who invades her room. Alya thinks Mari should go out, and take a break. Mari refuses, so Alya moves to Plan B. Alya tells Mari that Adrien is not dating Kagami, and Mari freaks out. Not because of Adrien, but because of Kagami. She thinks that she is heartbroken, and Adrien is fine. That is because Mari is fully over Adrien. Alya decides to take care of Mari's work, while she can go outside and relax. Mari agrees, after she de-transforms and leaves. After getting some baked goods, she goes to find Kagami(and this is where the gaslighting begins). Kagami is in the park, practicing her fencing skills. That is when Mari shows up, and basically jumps on her. After greeting Kagami's Mother, she takes Kagami away from her. She pushes Kagami, who is clearly uncomfortable with what is going on. When Mari tells her that she is planning to get Adrien and her back together, Kagami immediately refuses. She says she is done with Adrien, and that he broke her heart. Mari doesn't care, and tells Kagami she is going nuts. Mari believes that they are made for each other, but Kagami still refuses. Mari continues to force Kagami to do something she doesn't want to do. They go to the pool, since that is where Adrien's new ad campaign is. Mari knows, since she memorized everything about Adrien. They manage to break in, and get changed for the pool. Mari gets what they need from her bag full of stuff she always has for any situation that comes her way. When it comes to Adrien of course. Speaking of Adrien, he is doing his next ad campaign by diving into the pool with a crowd of "doves" following. Those doves are pigeons thanks to Mr. Ramier aka Mr. Pigeon. The producer, Bob Roth, starts to get a little anger with Mr. Ramier when he believes he brought pigeons instead of doves. Mr. Ramier explained they are doves, and they will do great. Not really considering Adrien is allergic to pigeon feathers. They continue the ad, as Mari and Kagami, now in swim suit, spy on them. Mari continues to gaslight Kagami, and Kagami continues to refuse Mari's insanity. This is when Mari goes from verbal abuse, to physical. Because he picks up Kagami, and forces her to see Adrien(this ends the first summarization of the episode, and the start of first rewrite portion).
