-We're ready., said the woman.
Millie gulped. Sadie nodded.
Two men came in, untying Millie and grabbing her, one each side. Sadie watched, trying not to show how much she just wanted to kill those two assholes. Margot told the men to take Millie somewhere but stopped Sadie from going out.
-You've done enough. I don't think that you want to see that., said the woman.
-I do. She killed my cousin. You know I loved him. She needs to suffer. And I want to watch. Or even help you. She deserves it., replied Sadie with a serious expression.
-I see. Okay. As you wish. Just no interrupting. You let them do their job., ordered Margot.
-Understood., nodded the redhead not saying another word.
She followed Margot out of the room and walked with her to another room. In that room, they had set up some stuff. A wooden bed, where Millie was currently tied up on. A metal chair for later. Tons of buckets with water. Sadie already hated that. Her eyes locked with Millie's terrified eyes. She hoped that Millie believed her. That Millie somehow is able to trust her after the double plot twist. She looked at her aunt who had a smirk on her face. Millie was desperately begging her with her eyes, since she was now gagged.
-Let's start., said the woman to the two men.
-Yes ma'am., said one of the man with too much enthusiasm.
The man walked up to Millie, grabbing her t-shirt and ripping it, left in shreds. Millie whined, tears in her eyes. Sadie hates the sight of it. She wanted to help. She needed to help. The man grabbed a knife, walking back to Millie with a smirk once again. He was about to carve into her skin when Sadie threw his own knife right in his skull. He fell to the side, dead. Margot was about to react, but Sadie was already behind her with a knife on her throat. She looked the other man in the eyes.
-Move and I'll kill her., warned the redhead.
-She's your aunt. You wouldn't., replied the man, taking a step forward.
-Wanna bet?, asked Sadie as she pressed the knife harder against the throat, drawing some blood.
-Okay. Okay., said the man, putting his knife down.
Sadie rolled her eyes, hit her aunt on the head with her elbow, knocking her out. She then threw her second knife in the man's eye, reaching his brain, instantly killing him. She quickly rushed up to Millie, grabbing a knife and untying her. She took the gag off.
-Please-...please tell me t-this isn't a game., pleaded the brunette as she got off the wooden bed.
-I promise. You have my word, little bird., swore Sadie as she helped her off the bed.
Sadie turned around to get out the room but her aunt was standing, looking at her furiously.
-How dare you?! You're helping the enemy! What is WRONG with you!, yelled the woman.
-Wrong with me?! You were about to do the unthinkable to a teenager because you are convinced that she killed your son, although there is fucking PROOF that she didn't do shit to him! Grow the fuck up! Get some help!, screamed Sadie back, pulling Millie behind her.
-I'm going to kill you! No! I'm going to make you watch me kill her and then I'll kill you!, replied the woman angrily.
-Try me., said the redhead coldly.
The woman threw herself at Sadie, but the redhead punched her once. Once and hard. She hit her head against the bed and fell to the floor. Millie gasped and gulped.
-Is she dead?, asked the brunette.
-I don't know. I don't care. Let's go., said Sadie after going through Margot's pockets and taking card to get out of the building.
Millie stayed and wretched, bent down and threw up.
-Shit., whispered Sadie as she reached for her, holding her hair back.
Millie started coughing.
-Hey, it's okay. Look at me., said the redhead.
Millie pushed her away.
-I trusted you! I- I trusted you, Sadie. You took me to her., said the brunette.
-I didn't. They kidnapped you. I failed and they got to you. So I had to get here as well. And I did. I came here to save you. To protect you., explained Sadie, trying her best to not show how much it was getting to her.
She reached for Millie's hand but the brunette ripped it away.
-Don't touch me! Just- Just don't. You're going to help me out of here, save our friends and get us out of the park. Then, I don't ever want to see you again. You hear me?! Ever again!, said Millie, tears in her eyes.
Sadie nodded and looked down.
-I understand. I agree. So for now, let me save you. Look me in the eyes. Find the trust in my eyes. I need you to trust me. Just until we're out of here., asked Sadie, looking up and longing for the brunette's gaze.
Millie looked at her, looking in the eyes.
-Good. And here., said the redhead as she took her hoodie off, handing it to Millie who's shirt was ripped in pieces.
Millie took it, putting it on without saying a word. Sadie nodded, walked to the door.
-We're lucky that there was no camera in this room since they were about to-...to hurt you. But there are cameras in the hallway. You're gonna have to pretend to be unconscious or my prisoner. Which one are you most comfortable with?, suggested Sadie as she waited at the door.
-You're not tying me up or handcuffing me. No way., said the brunette, shaking her head.
-Okay. I'll just carry then. You'll pretend to be unconscious. Yeah?, replied the redhead as she walked up to Millie.
-Fine., replied the younger girl.
Sadie looked at her, not sure what to do.
-Just pick me up. Bridal style., sighed the brunette.
Sadie nodded and picked her up. She held her as Millie told her, pulling her close.
-Hide your face., whispered the redhead as she opened the door.
Millie put her face against Sadie's chest, hiding.
-Okay, let's go., sighed Sadie as she walked out, closing the door behind her.
