-Ready to go?, asked Sadie.
Jacey ran up to Sadie, hugging her.
-I will go wherever you go., said the little girl.
-As long as you stay with Teagan., replied Sadie.
-Okay., nodded Jacey, pulling away from Sadie and running back to Teagan who picked her up.
Sadie smiled lightly at the sight and then nodded.
-Alright, let's go., said the redhead as she walked towards the hole in the wall, made by Millie a few hours earlier that day.
The girls followed her. Sadie jumped out first and then helped the rest of the group out of the building. All of it was done in silence. They all carried what they were assigned to and followed Sadie through a path that lead them to a roller coaster. They had to get past the hostages and the men with the red t-shirts. Sadie knew that they had to stay under the radar. She looked around, trying to find a distraction. She frowned but then saw a stand where you throw darts at balloons to win a prize. She ordered the group to stay put. She then sneaked up to it, grabbing a few darts and then walking back to the girls. She handed each a dart and then pointed at the balloons. The goal was obviously was to make as much noise a possible. She motioned for them to crouch behind a wall as soon as the darts are thrown. They nodded, understanding was she meant. Sadie signaled when to throw them and so they did. The popping of the balloons did make some noise that attracted the guards to go inspect it, but one stayed behind. Sadie figured that would happen, but they had to risk it. They slowly approached them and used the hostages to cover their movements as they walked behind them. Of course it was convenient for them that the hostages were standing instead of sitting. Amateur mistake by the men.
They eventually reached their next stop. They were only a few minutes away, now having to walk through a path with high security cameras. The path actually lead to a private hotel for celebrities. Sadie took her rifle and started aiming and shooting the cameras, breaking one after the other. She then spoke.
-They're alerted now so we must hurry. Follow me. Keep up., said the redhead as she started running down the path.
She could see the manhole, looking back at the group to make sure that they were keeping up. They finally reached it. Olivia grabbed the tool to open it and handed it to Sadie. The redhead quickly managed to open it, with some help from Jillian and Teagan. Millie had a bad feeling about this. It was too easy. They were out in the open, just opening a manhole to escape. It was weird. She didn't like it. She looked around, not being able to shake the feeling off. She then saw something reflecting from the building she was being held in a few moments before. She frowned and looked at the girls. Something caught her eyes. A red dot on the floor, shaky and moving around. She realized what it was.
-Hide!, yelled the girl.
-What?, asked Sadie, looking at her.
Millie saw the dot moving towards Olivia, pulling her away from it as a bullet was shot right in front of her feet. They flinched. Sadie immediately understood what was going on and looked around.
-Main building. 14th floor., said Millie quickly, still holding Olivia, who was now frozen on the spot.
Sadie looked at the building, seeing the reflection. It was a long shot, being pretty far away and the rifle not being 100% accurate. She simply took her chance and shot at the reflection that was staring right back at them. She kept missing, being frustrated but as least she was winning some time for the rest of the group to take cover somewhere.
-Sadie, get over here!, yelled Teagan, holding the door from the bathrooms open.
-In a minute!, replied Sadie, another shot from the sniper landing right next to her.
She kept shooting, trying to get that fucking bastard but she kept failing.
Millie didn't waste a second, running up to the redhead and dragging to her to the bathroom, more shots being heard as they closed the door. Sadie turned around.
-I almost had him, why did you do that?, argued the redhead.
-No one is left behind. It was your rule., replied Millie, trying to maintain calm.
-Oh shut up. I'm going back out there., said the older girl but Jacey hugged her leg.
-Please. Please stay., begged the girl, flinching as they heard a few more shots being fired.
Sadie looked down at the girl and nodded.
-Okay. But we need to find a way out of here quickly cause we're sitting ducks., said the redhead, looking around.
Jacey let go of her sister and went back to Teagan, while the girls tried to find a new way out of there. There was a small window, on the other side of the bathroom. Sadie ran up to it and tried to get it open, but a key was needed. She simply hit the lock with the back of her rifle and knocked it away. She then opened the window.
-Okay, Jillian, you go first, then Lilia, then Teagan with Jacey, Olivia then Millie and I'll climb out last., ordered Sadie as she helped Jillian up to the window, kneeling down, wanting them to use the knee as a step.
-How are you gonna get out?, asked Millie as she watched her friend get out.
-Don't question me, remember?, said Sadie, now helping Lilia out.
Millie sighed and helped Sadie getting the girls out. Finally, there were only the two of them left. Sadie handed Millie her rifle.
-Take this. I need both my hands to get out., said the redhead.
-Okay., replied Millie, grabbing the rifle and climbing out of the bathroom.
Sadie clenched her jaw. She looked up at the window. She took a few steps back, running up to it, hitting a sink with her foot to elevate herself and finally she managed to climb out of there. She jumped down and joined the others.
-What do we do now? We have nowhere to go and our only way out is being guarded. Plus, they are probably coming for us by now., said Millie quickly.
-We need to-, started Sadie but she was interrupted by Lilia.
-Uh guys?, said the blonde girl.
The girls turned around, seeing Margot. Sadie immediately got in front of the girls.
-Hand her over, Sadie., ordered the woman.
-Over my dead body., replied the redhead, aiming her gun at her.
-I thought you'd say that. I brought you a motivation. Look who I found?, said the woman, motioning for two of her men to come closer, dragging yet another man.
-Dad., said the girl, clenching her jaw.
-Now, I know you had your differences recently but he's still your dad. You wouldn't want your sister being raised by a single mother, would you?, said the woman nonchalantly.
-Let him go., said the redhead.
-You're in no position to give orders to anyone, child. Hand her over or say goodbye to your father., said Margot.
-He is your brother-in-law. You wouldn't do that., replied the younger girl.
-Wanna test that theory?, asked the woman, taking a pistol out.
