-Okay, Millie, we don't have the time for this. Let's move. Now., said the redhead pulling her by her hand and opening the door.

Fuck.

Two men turned around, seeing the two girls. Sadie quickly closed the door again, pushing Millie back in the alley.

-They saw us., sighed Millie, thinking that it was over.

-They saw two girls. It doesn't mean that they saw the one they are looking for., replied Sadie, looking around and trying to think quick.

She had an idea.

-Millie, hide behind these fake rocks. Do not show yourself until I tell you to. Do you understand?, said the redhead seriously.

Millie nodded and did as told, not really in the mood to argue or to make a snarky comment. She hid behind the fake stones and heard the door being kicked open.

-Hands where we can see them!, yelled one of the men.

-I got lost. I'm sorry. Please just let me get out of this alley. I...I hate this...I am claustrophobic. Please. I need to get out of here. I can't-, rambled Sadie, pretending to mean every word that she said, having a hand behind her back, holding a pistol.

-Your hands! We want to see your hands!, yelled the same man.

-Just let me out!, yelled Sadie back, her finger placed on the trigger, ready to shoot.

-I will not ask you again., warned the man.

-Okay. Okay!, replied the redhead, putting her hand behind her head and getting on her knees.

One of the man slowly walked towards her.

-Don't move or either of us will shoot., threatened the other man.

-I won't. I'm just...I'm scared., lied the younger girl.

-I get that. Now, I'm going to walk up to you and search you through. While I do that, how about you tell my friend who you were with a few minutes ago? We saw a second person., said the second man with a calmer tone.

It was working.

-I don't know. It was some girl who saw me walk in here before the lockdown., shrugged the redhead.

-Why were you in here?, wondered the other man.

-It's embarrassing..., sighed Sadie.

-It's okay. Tell us., replied the second man.

-I was running away from my bullies. I came here with a summer camp and...well, they were following me around so I just came in here and hid..., lied the redhead once again.

Millie was surprised at how good Sadie was at lying and how easily and naturally it came to her.

-Well, you're safe now. Okay, I'm coming closer now., said one of the men.

-Can you...can you put the gun away? It makes me feel unsafe and scared. Please., lied Sadie.

-I don't think-, tried one man but the other looked at him.

-Yes. We'll put the guns away., nodded the man that was walking up to her.

He put his gun in the back of his waistline and slowly walked up to Sadie. The second man rolled his eyes and did the same with the gun. As he was close enough, Sadie looked behind the two of them, confused and scared. The two men fell for it and turned around, looking behind them. Sadie quickly got up, grabbed the second man, took his gun and placed it against his head as his friend turned around.

-Oops., smirked Sadie.

-Let him go., said the man who was now holding his gun and aiming it at Sadie and the man she was holding hostage.

-No, I don't think that I will. Now, how about you put your gun down, hm?, said the redhead calmly.

-I will shoot you., warned the man.

-Do it., shrugged the girl.

-You're crazy., replied the man.

-Sir, you have no idea., smiled the redhead, pointing the gun at him and shooting him with the silenced gun right on his forehead.

The bullet went right through. The man she was holding gasped, and she knew he would start screaming soon, so she pressed the gun against him.

-I'm sorry. You were actually nice., apologized Sadie as she finally pulled the trigger.

She let go of him and let him fall. She walked up to the fake stones and saw Millie, her eyes closed and breathing heavily.

-Hey, hey. You're okay. Take a deep breath., whispered the redhead, kneeling down in front of her.

-You killed them., was all Millie was able to let out.

-I had to. I'm sorry. Now come on, we don't have much time left. Let's go., said the redhead as she grabbed Millie's hand gently but the brunette pulled her hand, obviously shaken up by the whole thing.

-I don't have the time for this. Let's go., repeated Sadie, grabbing Millie's wrist and pulling her up.

-Don't touch me. Not now. Not ever again., said the brunette looking Sadie in the eyes.

Sadie hadn't seen Millie like that so she just nodded and took her hand back.

-Okay. I promise not to touch you. But please, let's go. We have 5 minutes left. Not even that. We need to hurry before the cameras go back on or else we'll be fucking dead., replied the redhead, now avoiding Millie's gaze.

The brunette nodded and walked past the two dead bodies, trying to ignore them but having to look at them. She felt sick. But she kept walking. Sadie followed her, knowing full well that she had just fucked up real badly. She sighed and kept walking, trying to focus. The rest of their way went by faster. They didn't bump into anyone and no one saw them sneak past a few civilians. They made their way to the ice skating place they had planned on meeting up in. The others girls were hiding so when they walked in, a scared Jillian was standing there, pointing a gun at them.

-Woah there. Don't shoot. It's just us. We made it., chuckled Sadie.

Millie didn't say anything and just walked up to Lilia. Sadie felt someone jump on her from behind and turned around, seeing her best friend.

-We're not splitting up ever again, okay? I'll follow you everywhere from now on., said the girl, as she finally hugged her best friend.

-You're so dramatic., said Sadie as she rolled her eyes.

That's when they heard the speakers once again.

-Someone has been walking around and killing my soldiers! I will find you! I will kill you! I promise you that! How dare you? If you are doing, to help Millie escape, I will make you regret it! She is not worth it. Do you all really want to know who Millie Bobby Brown is? Well, let me tell....., started the woman from the speakers.
