Jaden
"Wow Janelle. I didn't really think you'd be doing this." I said.
"I don't care. I'm not in the mood and I think it's time I...have fun while I have the chance." Janelle smirked at me and grabbed another bottle of beer. She gulped it down and slammed the bottle on the kitchen counter.
"Woo. That is strong." She said.
I smiled at her. "I know." I said. For some reason, Janelle decided to get herself wasted.
About now, her words were slurring, and her hair was getting messed up. She stumbled and I had to catch her. Her hands were rested on my chest and she looked up at me. "Your chest is so hard. You must work out like...everyday." She said. She grabbed on my shirt and stood on her tippy toes. Her mouth was centimeters away from my ear. "I think that was awesome what you did. You know, when you stood up for me." She whispered. "That was brave and...sweet." He said, giggling a little afterwards.
I shook my head. "Janelle. You're drunk and you don't know what your saying. You'll forget all of this in the morning." I told her.
"No no no. I will never forget what you did for me." She said.
I sighed. Being drunk did not suit Janelle. I was surprised myself that I hadn't gotten drunk. Something in me just didn't want to get drunk. But I have a feeling that this party is way better than the last one. So my party was a success.
I don't know what to do with Janelle. I can't just leave her by herself. She's drunk out of her mind. She could do anything.
I took out my phone from my back pocket and saw that it was 2:30 in the morning. Most of the people had left, but there were still a bunch of people here.
"Jaden." Janelle said my name softly.
"Yeah?" I looked down at her. I was still holding her from falling on the ground. Her hands were still on my chest. Janelle's eyes were bloodshot red. Her body was limp and weak. I've never seen Janelle like this.
"I think...I think I..." She then grabbed me by the shirt, stood on her toes, and crashed her lips with mine.
I was shocked out of my mind. I didn't know wether to go along with it, or to push her off. She was an amazing kisser and something in me never wanted to stop kissing her...but then I remembered. I remembered what I did to Ariel. And there was no way I was making that mistake again. I had to take the urge to push Janelle off, even though I didn't want to.
I then pushed Janelle off of me and she looked at me with a sad face. "Wait..." She said. "I...I..." Next thing I knew, Janelle literally passed out on my kitchen floor.
I can't believe What has just happened. But she was drunk. She didn't know what she was doing or saying. So I have nothing to worry about. She'll forget all of this in the morning. Everything's fine.
"Jaden this party is awesome." I heard the voice of Mason. "You really redeemed yourself man. Well done." He said.
"Woah. Is that Janelle on the ground?" Sam asked, walking over with Blake.
"Yeah."
"What did you do to her?" Blake said in a panicked tone.
I rolled my eyes. "Nothing. She got drunk and passed out." I told them.
"Oh. Well we're out. This party was awesome." Blake said.
I nodded as as all three of my friends walked off.
I looked down at a passed out Janelle. I guess she has to spend the night here. I just hope she doesn't remember what just happened in the morning.
