Robin falls into her bed after a long day at work while she's deep in thought. She wants to call Nancy but doesn't want to seem clingy. After all they did just hang out the other day.. F it Robin thought. She rolls out of bed and picks up the phone. It rings for longer than 10 seconds, and right before she gave up on calling, Nancy answered.

"Nance? You there?"
"Yes, hi Rob! How are you?"
"Im just really bored, you know Mondays are always boring for some reason."
Robin takes a seat on the floor, while playing with a little keychain that reminded her of Nancy. It was a ice cream keychain, like the ice cream they had a couple days ago.

"Same, Mike just has been bugging me all day. What if we do something together?"

Robin was quite surprised she asked because Robin herself was nervous to ask.
"Oh I mean sure! Maybe my house? We can hang out here, away from your brother. Only if you'd like though."

Robin's doorbell rings a few minutes later because they don't live super far from each other. Robin sprints down the stairs and runs to the front door and quickly opens it.

"Hi," she says, out of breath from running. "Come inside," Robin puts her arm in a motion. She moves out of the way to let Nancy in. Once they get up to Robin's room, Nancy says,
"Wow, your room is way different than mine, complete opposite!"
"Ha really," Robin awkwardly laughs with her hand on her neck. She quickly observes Nancy's outfit. It was a cute dress with buttons, yet still looked somewhat professional you can say? Her hair was half up half down, whose Robin never saw like that before. It was cute she thought. They both take a seat on Robin's bed.

"Hey Nance, I like your hair like that, it looks goo- nice," Robin stutters while smiling. Nancy's face lit up.
"Thank you!"
Robin had thought her face looked like a literal ":)".

"So what should we do?" Nancy asked.
"Im not sure, you have any ideas? Or maybe we can just talk, I enjoy your company." Robin had not meant to say that last part, but brushed it off. Nancy just gave another cute smile.
"Lets play truth." Robin suggests.
"Truth?"
"Truth or Dare, but only the truth part, its a good way to get to know each other," she says hoping Nancy wouldn't judge.
"Okay sure," Nancy says while Robin sighs in relief.

"Lets start off easy, do you like anyone?" Nancy asks, looking at Robin. Robin felt a knot in her stomach and she didn't know why. It was supposed to be an easy question, right?

"Ah um... Im not sure, Its complicated," she ends up saying. Why didn't she just say no? She doesn't like anybody so she doesn't know why she even said that.
"What about you?"
Robin was expecting a 'yes' but instead,
"No, well kind of. Im still not over Jonathan after he broke up with me. Oh-" Nancy had just realized what she said.

"Oh he broke up with you? I'm sorry," Robin tries to comfort even though she'd always been bad at it. And for some reason, she felt disappointed in Nancy's response. But theres no way that theres a particular reason why, Robin thought, right?

Nancy had tears forming visibly.
"No- no its alright.." She wiped her tears away.
"I just regret breaking up with him.."
"Do you want a hug?" Robin offered, since she had no idea what else to do. Nancy nods slowly. Robin freaked out because she had never hugged Nancy (even though she wants to sometimes).

They both end up tightly hugging one other. Robin felt the warmth of hugging Nancy and never wanted to let go. She was in love with the feeling. Nancy was softly crying into Robin's shoulder, and Robin didn't pull away. Nancy was the first one to pull away eventually, because they couldn't hug forever (even as much as Robin wanted to).

"Robin, thank you," Nancy quietly says, with teary eyes still. Robin was confused though.
"Your welcome," she says even though she doesn't know why Nancy was thanking her.

A few hours after Nancy had left, Robin decided she needed to call Steve.

"What are these feelings? I mean theres no way that, you know. Im just so awkward around her!" Robin rants on and on.
"Robin."
"Yes..?"
"What if you..."
"Don't say it.
"like Nancy."
"No."
"Its a possibility.."
"Definitely not. And even if I did, shes straight! I would have no chance."
"What if she's not straight," Steve suggests waiting for a response.

"Robin?"
"Robinnn?"
"Hello?"
Finally Robin decides something.
"Im back sorry, I have came to an conclusion that.."
"That?"
"I am just jealous of how she looks and afraid to admit it. It makes total sense right?! Thats why i'm always awkward around her! Or why I compliment her a lot!"
"Robin noooo," Steve groans.
"Gotta go, catch you later!"

Robin puts the phone back and dials a number.
Someone picks up.
