Brigthones had flown them by portkey to the Gringotts branch in Alaska, where they left Borgak to continue his work as Harry's advisor and to make sure his fortune was safe, spread over several American branches. He would also provide him with a credit card so he could live in the Muggle world.

Brigthones laid a glamour on Harry, Andromeda and Teddy and guided them to one of the houses on the outskirts of the wizarding alley.

"Yes?" Fleur asked as she opened the door.

"Agent Brigthones from MACUSA, please let us in."

The Frenchwoman looked surprised, but stepped aside to let them through and guided them to the living room.

"Is your husband here, madam?"

"Uh... no, he's at work. Can you tell me what's going on, please?" asked Fleur, who was obviously worried. Her eyes darted back and forth between the agent, the people who hadn't been introduced, and her daughter who was sleeping in a crib in the corner of the room.

"Madam, please call your husband, we'll explain everything."

Fleur reluctantly nodded and pulled out her cell phone. Harry smiled as she did so, Arthur would go mad if he knew one of his children was using Muggle technology on a daily basis. She spoke very quickly in French and hung up after only a few sentences. They had to wait only a few seconds before Bill appeared in the doorway, his face closed and worried.

"Ladies, sir," he said with a nod to the intruders, as he went to stand beside Fleur. "You wanted to see me?"

"You are William Arthur Weasley, spellbreaker currently working for Mr. Harry Potter?" the agent asked, looking him in the eye.

"Yes," said the redheaded man simply, tensely.

"Well, Mr. Weasley, please seal your house, what follows must not leave here."

Despite of his surprise, Bill quietly made a few intricate wand movements. Harry saw that even the MACUSA agent was impressed.

"Now, can you get to the point?"

"Of course, but first you must swear that you will not reveal what you learn."

Both Bill and Fleur promised, but the agent didn't make them take an inviolable oath. Harry figured that it wasn't necessary since they would soon be in the same situation as they were. Brigthones raised the glamour and two hiccups of surprise were heard.

The spellbreaker immediately came over to hug Harry.

"Harry, I'm so relieved to see you. Dad called me in a panic saying you had a problem with Gestand and that Andromeda's house had been attacked."

"It's okay, Bill, we're fine," the dark-haired man tried to reassure him, but he knew it was a waste of time. What would happened next was going to be hard for the spellbreaker to take.

"Mr. Weasley, what did you tell your father?"

"Nothing, that if I had any news I would let him know."

"Very well, but you will not tell your father. If Harry is missing in England he must stay that way," she said in a harsh voice.

"But... Harry? Charlie...my family...you can't let them worry about you like this," Bill replied, confused.

"Bill, they want to go after Teddy. I can't leave him in their hands. I have to disappear for him."

"Can we sit down?" the officer invited.

Several hours of discussion followed, during which she explained the protective measures under which Harry, Andromeda and Teddy were placed and the consequences for Bill and Fleur. The couple would have to change their names, move to Forks, where the redhead would be working on Harry's house. They would have to live among the muggles, be forgotten by the magical community and, above all, not tell their relatives. Brigthones took care of all the paperwork with them, changing their name to Thompson. She asked Fleur to start packing their bags while she took Bill and Harry to the houses to set up the network and protect them.
