I'm really craving a Strawberry Frappe from McDonalds right now.

I'm currently sitting in my last lesson of the day, English, and I'm so unfocused it's not even funny.

Well, it probably looks funny, but you know what I mean.

I keep imagining the cool taste and the cream and the sweet strawberry flavour. Ugh this is torture.

When the end of school bell rings, I see Jonas standing outside my classroom waiting for me. Shit, I forgot he was coming over for tutoring today.

I guess I really was so distracted that I forgot about him.

That's new.

Shut it.

I open the door and step out into the bustling crowd of students, making their way outside.

I cross the narrow hall to where Jonas is standing, leaning against the wall in that goddarn sexy way of his. His hands are tucked into his pockets and he's leaning his upper back against the wall with his legs crossed at his ankles. I refrain from staring, because God knows I'v been caught one too many times lately.

I give him a small smile and then he stands up straight and we begin to walk out of the block with the rest of the crowd. Today seems busier, and I'm getting shoved quite a lot with all the people trying to rush past us and run through the corridors.

These fucking year sevens.

One thing I hate about crowded hallways is the staircases. They get so jam packed and It's scary because you can easily get pushed and fall to your death. Worst way to die.

We start down the stairs and I make sure to keep next to the railing on the side so if I fall I can stable myself quicker.

But some fucking arsehole-bitchy-year-fucking seven has to try and push past me and the wall, causing me to let go. I start to slip, just as I'm about to go down onto the next step, and I can feel my heart start to race frantically. And not in the good way at all.

I'm going to embarrass myself in front of all these people because of some overactive little fuckface.

I can feel myself start to fall, but just as quickly, someone grabs my upper arm and pulls me back up. I get pushed back firmly against someone, and I sigh in relief at not falling on my face.

Then I realise who caught me, I freeze.

Fucking Jonas.

It couldn't have been a girl who saved me from being stampeded? No.

I could have saved myself? No.

This is just-

UGH.

"Careful there, princess." I hear the low voice in my right ear, and refrain from shivering at the stupidly close proximity.

I want to stab someone.

I move forward away from Jonas, and carry on walking down the stairs at a slower pace than before, trying to steady my heartbeat.

I huff out in relief as I reach the bottom of the stairs, walking to the corner to wait for Jonas as he makes his way down the rest of the stairs. His eyes focus on me as he walks and I feel heat rise in my body from his look.

Why does he make me so goddarn nervous.

When he starts walking towards me, I turn to move towards the door leading outside, pushing it open and stepping out into the breezy, cold air. It's bitter and I snuggle myself deeper into my coat.
