Malia stumbles down the stairs.

"You sure you don't need help?"

Liam questions from outside.

"No, I'm good. Come on let's get going."

She locks the door behind her.

Kira, Theo, Liam, and Malia pile into Theo's car.

Theo parks his car outside of the hall.

It was Jordan's 25th birthday.

Jordan runs out of the building.

He pulls Liam into a bone-crushing hug.

Theo wraps his arm around Liam's shoulder when Jordan lets go.

Liam huddles closer to Theo.

The first party was with alcohol and wolfsbane.

Jordan said he was going to make a no-alcohol party.

But Liam shook his head hard.

He told his older brother that it was his 25th birthday and he should go big.

Jordan was planning on inviting Theo but he knew Liam would need him tonight out of all nights.

Malia groans slightly as she pulled away from Jordan.

Jordan's eyes flashed orange.

He held her by the shoulders.

"Hey, you okay?"

She nodded slowly, reaching her arms out to Kira.

Kira slipped under her arms and wrapped her arms around her waist.

"Is Scott here?"

Theo questions, walking inside.

"Yeah him and Isaac got here about an hour ago."

Liam's eyes widen.

"Why did they get here so early?"

Jordan scoffed as he closed the door behind him.

There were about 50 people there.

Half or more were supernatural.

"They got here early to get drunk."

Jordan points to Isaac and Scott in the corner, taking shots and laughing loudly.

"At least he's out?"

Liam says trying to bring the bright side.

Jordan shakes his head.

"He could get drunk at home."

Jordan walks on to the dance floor.

"Mason and Core are on vacation right?"

Liam nods into Theo's chest.

"Bummer I miss Core."

Theo walks over to a table.

Liam follows quickly.

He feels exposed without Theo.

"Oh, they have mints!"

Theo is smiling brightly popping one into his mouth.

Liam sits next to him.

He pulls the fidget cube out of his pocket.

Theo pulls his chair closer to him.

Until they start playing "Doin' Time" by Lana Del Ray.

Theo stands up fast, he pulls Liam on to the dance floor.
