Heaven's Arena (A Massive Tower located in the Republic of Padokea, in Northwest Africa! While the World Martial Arts Tournament happens every 3 years, this place is where people can make money even faster! The floors up to 199 can give you a lot of dough, while the ones afterwards offer fame and glory! 251 floors in total! The ones who reach floors 230-250 and win ten consecutive matches in a row can challenge a Floor Master, the highest ranked fighters! The ones who can win will become Floor Masters themselves!)
