On top of a floating Crocodile, a Circus Castle was seen!
???: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Hello my dear friends!
Buggy showed himself, wearing a crown and a cape!
Buggy: I am here to announce our goal of crushing our enemies! I, Buggy the Star Clown, and Fifth Yonko, have declared war!
He then shows a bounty on several people, including Kizaru, Fujitora, Ryokugyu, Aokiji, Luffy, Erza, Shanks, Blackbeard, and all of the Straw Hats, Fairy Tail, and Revolutinary Army!
Buggy: I will be the King of the Pirates!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Buggy Pirates: GO CAPTAIN BUGGY!!
They keep cheering for their Captain more and more and more and more!
???: You know this would only be possible because the Warlord System has been abolished.
???2: So, how does it feel to be wanted like me?
Mihawk and Crocodile were seen nearby.
Buggy: Oh don't be so smug! You got your ass kicked by Straw Hat and-
Crocodile glared at Buggy and slammed his hook.
Buggy: EEK!
Crocodile: Silence that tongue, or I'll chop it off and feed it to my pets.
Mihawk: (sigh) Dealing with you two, is just like dealing with that ghost woman.
Buggy: Ha! At least I also have one of your former minions too!
Mr. 3 was nearby and he looked annoyed.
Mr. 3: Don't bring me into this. It's bad enough having my former boss here.
Crocodile: Seeing one of my incompetent weak agents, really irritates me. But your skills are still valuable.
The Wax Man was just sweating nervously as he still feared his former boss.
Buggy: Right! Now, happy hunting my loyal crew!!
Oh boy, would this news cause so many people to fall flat on their backs.
