Chapter 27: what kinda brother does that?..

(Ranboo pov) te! Swearing, abandonment, manipulation, fighting(verbally),past, and mentions of t0rtvre. Stay safe

"What the f*ck are you doing here?" Tubbo asked aggressively.

"Chill out troll I only came to say hello," Dream replied in a nasty sarcastic tone.
I was honestly at a loss for words, I didn't know what to say on the situation.

"What so you're just not gonna say hi back to your older brother?"

"What brother?" I spoke sternly.
He didn't reply, I took that as a chance to elaborate.

"What brother, Dream? You left. All those years passed and you knew that in The End I was treated like I was an outsider while you blended right in. You had everything to make me seem 'normal' around 'our' people, but you left. Where is the brotherhood in that? You didn't even take me with you, you didn't send anything letting us know you were okay, you didn't tell us you were leaving. You just left us, and didn't think about how that would affect us," I explained raising my voice.
I looked at him in disgust as he sat there in silence.

"Look Mark I'm sorry-"

"And you don't even know that bit about me! This is what happens when you don't stick around long enough. I don't go by Mark anymore, I go by Ranboo."

A silence washed over us until Dream spoke again, "I'm sorry Ranboo, I just want don't know how to explain why I left."

"I already know why you left. I already know what you've done, and I sure as hell know you enjoyed every last bit of it," I replied.

"Look Ranboo I'm trying to apologize here but it seems like you really don't care on what I have to say," he said getting annoyed.

"Dream..have you really not looked around? It's reasonable I want nothing to do with you! You left me when you knew you could stabilize me, you made Tubbo believe you would be his family and later used him, you manipulated and tortured Tommy, you started wars, and have done so much worse than that. A simple apology won't fix the amount of trauma the people around you have because of YOU. Can you comprehend that?" I asked in the rudest way possible.

"Yes Ranboo..and I'm sorry Tubbo. I'm sorry to all of you. I'm not sure what came over me, but I'm truly trying to change. I need you guys to trust me. I'll be picking you up after school and taking you to a cafe so we can talk things over. Catch up with each other you know.. like when I came back home from school and you were excited to learn what I learned.."
I was scared that there was a chance he was manipulating me, but the thought really eased my brain. It's all a blur but I can remember it slightly, and it was one of the best feelings.

I gave a blank face to show I'm not letting my guard down, but I'm not as angry anymore.

"Whatever, but if you pull any funny business. I will take drastic measures." I said before walking out into the hallway. Tubbo followed close behind. I walked into an empty classroom, gripped onto a desk, and let the tears spill. It burned, a lot..until Tubbo came racing up to me and wiped tears off my face trying to not let them touch me. Obviously it wasn't the greatest but it was the best he could do. We dropped down onto the floor so we weren't in an awkward position for our bodies. He let me sob into his shoulder as he rubbed circles into my back hushing me gently.

"You did great my beloved, you were brave enough to tell him how it was. I love you forever for that, okay?" He said in attempt to comfort me.

"Okay...I love you too bee." I spoke feeling a bit better now.

"I love you more boo," he said giving me a quick kiss on the cheek before placing his chin back on my shoulder.

And Tubbo doesn't know this but I actually love him more than the universe knows.

(AN: I think I started off having an ending to the story and now I just really don't know- but it's okay I'll go off of my motivation and see where that leads me. Anyways bye take care of yourselves!)
