"It's not cool to bully teenagers." She says taking a seat around the table.
"Oh, but it's so fun." Raine shrugs as the last people join.
"Everyone knows what to do, we discussed most things yesterday. Follow the plan exactly or else this could go
south. Flesh-eating beetles, curse stuff, the soldiers at the Conformitorium, literally everything from yesterday. Got it?" Darius asks before everyone nods.
"Are we ready to move out?" Raine asks followed by more nods. "Perfect, say goodbye and get whatever you need. But these goodbyes aren't forever, we'll see each other again."
"Ha, it's like that one song," Luz whispers to Ellie.
"I was thinking the same thing." She laughs back.
"Lieutenant, may I speak with you for a moment?" Cap asks as everyone starts to stand up.
"You may." She says before bowing jokingly.
"Be careful today. You know, aware of your surroundings, diligent, and smart. It was an honor serving with you." He nods.
"Don't you dare say that now, I'm gonna cry. Say that when we win." She smiles.
"You've got nothing to fear, everything will be okay. I'll see you in a few hours. But first, can you do the...arm thing? I don't know what it is." He asks shyly.
"Willy! Are you saying you want a hug? I've been waiting three years for this day." She laughs and throws her arms around him.
"Don't make this a thing." He mumbles, hugging her back.
"Okay, I gotta go. But yeah, I'll see you in a few hours." She says with a big smile. "If you see Terry on the way out, tell him I said good luck with the prison break."
"Got it. See you later." He nods with a laugh before walking off.
"You ready?" Luz asks with Katya and King behind her.
