Asami spent all morning in the workshop overseeing Kuvira's work with Suyin. It was hard to watch them work together, she could tell Suyin was holding back and exercising incredible patience. Kuvira was constantly overstepping Suyin's authority and disregarded everything she was trying to help her with. It was almost unbearable for Asami. She hadn't realized how much tension there actually was between them. She understood why they didn't get along and even why they didn't like eachother. But this seemed extreme and just uncalled for. Especially on Kuvira's part. She checked the time. Thankfully it was almost noon.

"Alright ladies, I think it's time we took a break. Why don't you take an extra 30 minutes for lunch today. You two have been working pretty hard."

Kuvira shot Suyin a weird look. "Ya, I guess you could say that." She smirked and rolled her eyes.

Su narrowed her eyes and glared at her. She looked like she was at her tipping point. Asami didn't know how much longer she would be able to hold back. It wasn't in Suyin's personality to put up with so much disrespect and Kuvira was seriously pushing her buttons today.

After their extended break they continued their work. Asami was in and out of workshop. She had to leave them alone so she could get her own work done. After about 30 minutes though Su asked her to join them again. Asami could tell things hadn't improved between the women.

Suyin began explaining what they were trying to do. Kuvira immediately cut her off. "It's the intake manifold, it's not right for this engine...." Suyin had barely been tolerating her all day and this was the final straw, she lost it. "Kuvira!!! Why do you continue to undermine my authority? You've been doing it all day and I've tried to be patient but that's it. I'm done!" Asami startled at the volume of Suyin's voice. "I can't work with her Asami, she contradicts everything I say then just tries to take over." Kuvira smugly leaned against the car crossing her arms. She raised her eyebrows and looked toward Asami. "I'm just trying to get things done efficiently and Su doesn't want to hear what I have to say, she has no respect for my opinion." Su let out and exasperated sigh." There is a certain way things need to be done, you can't just speed through everything, it will compromise the integrity of the vehicle." Kuvira pushed off the car and got in Suyin's face. "That's fine, but you need to do it faster! We can do things correctly and fast but I think you're to old to understand that!" Asami whipped her head around to look at Kuvira, giving her a death stare. Kuvira instantly started to apologize. "Su I didn't mean....." Suyin pushed her away. "You need to learn your place!" She turned to Asami. "I'm leaving." Then glared at Kuvira. "You're on you own!" She stormed out of the workshop swearing under her breath.

"That was not ok Kuvira, not at all." Kuvira shifted uneasily as Asami approached the car to inspect the engine. "Su is right, you have to make sure you're doing things correctly, though I do understand what you're saying, I won't allow you to disrespect Suyin." She spent a few minutes under the hood of the car as Kuvira looked on. "Ok, you're going to need to fine tune this intake system to best match the engine specifications. Get to it. I'm going to talk to Su." Kuvira stepped toward Asami. "Hey, I'm sorry I didn't mean to ......" Asami raised her hand. "Save it. You're going to apologize to Suyin once I talk her into coming back. Now get to work" Kuvira groaned and headed off to look for some tools.

Korra stood at the baggage claim carousel waiting for her luggage. She quickly sent Asami a text asking if she was still at work. She needed to know where to go to surprise her. She shoved the phone back in her pocket as she realized her bags were almost right in front of her. Just as she pulled them off the carousel she noticed a crowd had gathered at one of the exits. There were some police officers dragging an unruly man outside. He was swearing and resisting the officers. As she headed outside she happened to look as the man turned and made eye contact with her. "What the fuck are you looking at dyke!" She stood there shocked, then realized what he had said. Anger began to swell in her chest. She dropped her luggage and promptly went after him, seemingly oblivious to the fact that there were police everywhere. As she approached the man an officer stepped in front of her grabbing her by the shoulders. "Korra!" She snapped out of her rage for a moment to look up. "Don't waste your time and get yourself in trouble."
