The couple of days that came into the break was mostly spent getting everything ready, Akali expressed that she isn't going to buy the place until the two of us have completely settled into the whole mindset.

Maybe she has some thought that this might not last - but with how it has been between each other I doubt that it is the case, we have been going by without any fights or troubles. I want to believe the two of us can last a very long time.

I finish up with most of the moving and wiring. All that is left is just to wait for Akali to come home.

My break pretty much started and most of my days are filled with empty sessions working on the house and moving things about and sticking to playing games till Akali comes home from work... probably the only thing I look forward to the most.

In my peripheral I see the door swing open to reveal a very tired Akali walking towards me, she groans as she rests her head on my chest, "I am so tired."

Holding her in my arms, "With how hard you have been working I can imagine, but isn't this just the usual workload though?"

She nods, "I just want you to hold me, let me make my shitty excuses."

I shake my head, "You know you could just tell me to hold you."

"That's my line," she coos, lifting her head she steals a kiss, "Look at you, acting all confident around me."

She breaks away from me leading me to the room, I then state, "You know, my parents are coming this weekend."

"I know~" she sings.

"We kinda need to," she pulls me to the bed, hovering over me she unties her hair letting it hang over her shoulders.

"We kinda need to?" she arches her brow.

"Talk about the things that they may or may not bring up, you know..."

"Stop worrying," she kisses me, "You know I spend all my time thinking of how I want to drive back home to you. Everything about you, the time you made me get angry at myself, the way you were so shy and became the person you are now... just thinking about it," she rests her head against my chest to hear my heartbeat, "It makes my happy knowing that it was me to do it."

"And all the things that could have been avoided-"

"We are past that," she states, then lifting herself to lock eyes with me, her eyes sparkling as she breathes out.

"Baby, we are Fated."
