Chapter 7 - Twilight

Whoever the heck just decided to walk out of the bushes and almost get murdered is an idiot. Besides, why is Vincent here? I'm pretty sure it's Ryker's brother... [Cassian assuming a random stranger is Ryker's brother just because they know him.] 423

"Cassian," Ryker put an arm around Vincent, "I would like you to meet Vincent." 

Vincent waved casually at Cassian, who still had his sword drawn and in his hands.

"How did you find us?" Cassian inquired.

"Oh, well, I was just walking this way, saw Ryker land, and decided to come and say hi." [Wait. How does he know Ryker's flying a Winged Fox when Ryker got Spark at the beginning of the story?] 424

Cassian noticed the sudden suspicion flicker on Ryker's face for a second then switch back to an excited way Cassian never has witnessed. "Ryker, I never thought you had emotion." Cassian stated bluntly. [Cassian believes Ryker is emotionless. Genuinely. I will balance this out, though, because Ryker isn't a stupid mf.] 424

Ryker glared at Cassian, then carried on. "We plan on heading over some cities. We'll be using an invisible shield below us the entire flight." 

Vincent nodded, "So, when do we leave?" [Vincent tagging along because he feels like and they roll along with it?] 425 

"We leave whenever we can. We'll maybe changing timezones to." Ryker signaled for them to get on Spark. Spark leaped into the sky, with Markus now underneath them, floating. [The "changing timezones" has no fucking purpose to the plot. It is never mentioned again.] 426

Ryker spotted ahead the city, activating the shield below them as they overpassed. They would need to land somewhere, so they would have to go on the outskirts of the city. Yet again, one thing that Ryker did know, that winged foxes sometimes carry the ability to change animals, but it would have to be able to see the animal first. ["Ryker spotted ahead the city." Also, terrible sentence flow.] 427 

It was worth it, they would be able to walk into the city. Walk a supposed "dog". Something that the citizens in cities would normally do apparently. [Ryker has no reason to be this fucking stupid.] 428

Finally, after the process of finding a dog, they managed to locate one. Spark copied it, and now they where in the city. They did have to change the way they look, and hide Markus from everybody, inside of the back of a van they decided to take. [That's him, officer. His giant fox with wings stole the form of my dog and then took my van.] 429

They stopped at the border near to enter into another city.

Thankfully though, they where allowed to pass. [Me when filler.] 430

"Where are we headed?" Vincent asked.

"Out of the cities." Ryker replied.

"Where at out of the cities?"

"Away from here...I can tell you that."

The drove in silence, until they reached the outside of the cities. They entered the most rundown town Ryker had ever seen. \ [HOW DID THIS GET THROUGH??? Also "the drove in silence".] 431

"This town, mind you, has the highest crime rate in the world." Vincent announced suddenly, "I suggest you be careful."

Ryker nodded, seeming to understand what Vincent had said. Cassian on the other hand, wasn't to sure about that. It might be a trap Vincent has setup, or something similar.
