Chapter 6: Someone New

Ryker was now rushing to get Markus somewhere quick. Back on the winged fox, flying off to his home. He knew the Diamond of Life was somewhere within the area. He just had to take it, and use it on Markus. [ok.] 396

How long that would end up taking is what he didn't know. It might even be a good idea to tie him up just to ensure that he wouldn't end up biting them. Because the last thing Ryker needed was him to become a Lurker as well. [Ryker admits to being defeated pog? No.] 397

Ryker began scouting for a place to land. He would have to grab the rope, tie Markus together, and hope that would be enough to restrain him for sometime. [Kidnapping?] 398

Ryker located a safe spot, he commanded Spark to descend quickly toward the ground. Spark, catching himself near the ground, was now very worn out. Flying and moving for over an hour. "Cassian, bring him here. We may have to restrain him, just to ensure we don't become him as well." [Ryker: Become Markus] 399

Cassian nodded, bring Markus over to Ryker, who tied Markus by his hands and feet. Ensuring that he wouldn't be able to come and get them whenever he became a Lurker. Ryker looked up at the sky, it was almost midnight. [Wait.]

Ryker watched the sunset, watching it fall down over the Horizon. He never knew what he could possibly accomplish later, but from what he knew, getting all of the Diamonds was one step that he needed to complete. [The fuck kind of witchery is this? It was almost midnight now it's fucking SUNSET?] 400

But, he could never do it alone. Friends, something he never thought he would ever have. Now, he was realizing the importance of having fellow travelers, no matter what they think of you. They're all useful. [Bitch shut up. We both know you just sayin' that so you can have a reason to bring them along with you.] 401

Ryker saw the sun dip below the horizon. Twilight was here. Ryker got up, and went off into his tent.

Ryker woke up to groaning and growling from outside. Ryker rushed outside, only to note that Markus had officially become a Lurker.

"I reckon he knows something about us," Cassian stated. [????????] 402

Ryker glanced over his shoulder to notice Cassian sitting by the fire. "Thought I would at least make us something that I had left over." [I mean, alright.]

Ryker didn't care about that though. He only cared about if the restraints worked or not. Spark, was still asleep though. Which was normal. Winged Foxes normally slept until Dusk. Ryker looked at the twilight light rising, Dusk was coming. Spark should be hopefully ready to fly for a long time. [Uh, hm, okay. Some more time fucking stuff, neat.] 403

"Well, are you just going to stand there?" Cassian asked.

"No, just give me a second." Ryker replied.

"Okay then..." Cassian answered.

Ryker watched the sun slowly rise. Although, he was beginning to slowly get uncomfortable for some reason. [More time fuckery!] 404

Ryker shrugged it off and sat down next to Cassian. Grabbing one of the biscuits, and eating it, while pondering his thoughts. [Biscuits] 405

If they wanted to, they could head off to his region, and collect one of the next Diamonds. Ryker remembered why though, he was one of the strongest ever recorded. His power never weakened by much over the day. [Gary Stu? The bane of my existence?] 410

But now, next to Spark, seemed to give him more power.  

Ryker reached to grab his notebook, ready to add more info. Only, it wasn't there. Ryker began immediately thinking. Where did I last leave it?
