Finals....

The day where Chaeryeong was very nervous. During exams, she and Lia would always study together the day before and because of that, Chaeryeong could ace the test. She knew she could not only because Lia taught but because Lia was there to boost up her confidence but today just isn't the day.

She was seated in the classroom and the students were all waiting for the teacher to give them the test papers. It was three subjects for finals and Chaeryeong was nervous as hell.

Lia? Chaeryeong couldn't even see where the older was, she can't even message her because since yesterday Lia has stopped responding to her text messages.

As soon as the teacher went in, the students sat up properly and waited for them to receive the test papers. When finally given, Chaeryeong took a deep breath before answering. She did her best in answering all the questions but it seems she just couldn't understand some of them.

They were given half the day to accomplish it and at least Chaeryeong finished it by the given time. Chaeryeong then left the classroom to grab something from her locker, later on she felt a tap on her shoulder.

"Oh Yuna" Chaeryeong said with a smile

"Hi unnie, how was your exam?" Yuna asked the older

"It was fine I guess, I finished it on time" Chaeryeong said and Yuna nodded with a smile

"Oh unnie, it's you and Lia unnie's anniversary tomorrow. Did you got her anything?" Yuna asked excitedly

"Mhm, matching necklaces. I hope she loves it" Chaeryeong said with a smile.

"I hope she does too unnie, anyways, let's go and find for Yeji unnie. She promised me she would get me ice cream today" Yuna said and it made Chaeryeong chuckle.

Chaeryeong just followed the younger to where Yeji was. A little later they found Yeji who just got out of class.

"Hi babe, oh hi RyeonChae. How's the exam?" Yeji asked he other dancer

"It was fine" Chaeryeong said with a smile

"I also did well on the exam!" Yuna exclaimed and it made Yeji chuckle.

"Of course you did. How about I treat the both of you Ice Cream?" Yeji suggested and Yuna nodded excitedly.

As said, Yeji treated the two girls some Ice Cream for finishing finals today. Usually, Lia would be the one treating them but since Yeji noticed that Lia hasn't been going with them, she thought she would do it instead. She was the oldest one afterall.

After a while, they decided to go to the park. Chaeryeong loves the park, the two knows about that since they always hang out with the girl

As they were walking around the park, Chaeryeong suddenly got a call.

"Who is that?" Yuna asked

"It's Lia!" Chaeryeong said excitedly. She misses the older's voice already.

She answered the call right away as the two waited for her.

"Hi baby~"

"Ah yeah.... hi, can you come to the condo real quick?"

"Sure! I'll go there right now"

They ended the call quickly and Chaeryeong puts her phone back in her pocket.

"Sorry Yeji unnie, Yuna, I have to go now. Lia is finding for me already" Chaeryeong said and the two nodded

"No worries, bye Ryeongchae" Yeji said with a smile

"Bye unnie, get home safely" Yuna said and Chaeryeong nodded

Chaeryeong hurriedly went to her and Lia's condo, excited to see the older. She went up to their room and pressed in the passcode. As soon as she opened the door she saw Lia. She didn't hesitate to run to the older and give her a hug.

"Baby!" Chaeryeong squealed and hugged the older tightly.

"I missed you" Chaeryeong said and pouted but then Lia moved her away from her.

"Umm yeah, we need to talk" Lia said and Chaeryeong furrowed her eyebrows

"Talk about what?" Chaeryeong asked but then she noticed the luggages in the living room.

"You're leaving? where to?" Chaeryepng asked

"I need to go to the US now Chaeryeong" Lia said and Chaeryeong's heart felt pain when she heard the older calling her by her name, not her nickname.

"W- How? I thought you didn't want to go? you told me that you won't leave me" Chaeryeong said, her lips trembling as tears threatened to fall to her cheeks.

"I want to go Chaeryeong, it's always been my dream. That's why I wanted to tell you that we should stop this. Let's get it over so that both of us can reach our dreams, our goals" Lia said and Chaeryeong felt a little bid mad.

"Both of us? you're only thinking for yourself Lia, you think that's what I wanted? what I want in my life? My only dream in my life is to grow up and be with you. Both of us having successful jobs and living together. That's what I want Lia"

"Then I don't want that. I want to continue to study in the US, I want to live there" Lia said

"Then who will teach me when I don't understand anything? Who'll be the one to support me and cheer me up when I feel down? you know you're the only one who could do that" Chaeryeong said, tears already falling to her cheeks. Lia sighed heavily, as if she was annoyed.

"That's what's wrong with you Chaeryeong. You always need help from others. You never help yourself. Mom and dad were right, I'm just wasting my time on you. If it weren't for me you wouldn't be ranked 1 in class anyways. You only got that rank because I taught you every lesson. Because of me you reached the rank that I should be only having" Lia said and Chaeryeong thought that Lia was being so selfish.

"It's time for you to help yourself Chaeryeong, not everyone would even be kind enough to help you" Lia said, just watching as the younger cries.

Lia grabbed her luggages and brought it to the door, preparing to leave.

For Chaeryeong, she never thought of Lia badly. She always adores the older, she loves her so much to the point she would do anything but today, Lia finally decided that it should be over for the two of them.

"I'm leaving early in the morning tomorrow, so if you have anything to say, say it now because I won't be contacting you once I reach the US" Lia said as if it didn't hurt her to leave Chaeryeong.

Chaeryeong tried to calm herself down, she would definitely miss the older, the person who took care of her for almost over a year. The one who made her feel safe whenever they're together. She knew once Lia steps out of the door, their relationship if over.

Chaeryeong took a deep breath first before looking at Lia.

"I want to say, Thank you for making me feel loved and letting me feel that I'm enough, like I deserved to be loved without any reservations. I never questioned myself on choosing you because I always feel home beside you and I never doubt on how you loved me back. We may have arguments but that's normal of course. You can always tell me your worries and I'll always listen. Remember that I can always a shoulder for you to lean on as the same you did for me. Thank you for making me laugh and smile every single day since the day we met. Lastly, Thank you for letting me into your life and trusting me that I can love you back the way you deserved. Always remember, I love you, I always will and I care for you a lot. I'll miss you" Chaeryeong said and wiped off her tears and looked at the older

Her heart shattered more as she saw the not even showing any emotion, like she didn't cared at all.

"Hmm, anything else?" Lia asked and Chaeryeong just looked down on the floor. She knew if she would give the older one last hug and one last kiss, she would break down even more.

"I guess that's a no, I'll go now" Lia said and left with her bags. As soon as the door closed. Chaeryeong broke down on the floor, crying her heart out as tears continued to flow out of her eyes.
