After that incident, Chaeryeong always wanted to be with Lia and Lia refused as well to let Chaeryeong out without her by her side.

Lia was now more careful and protective on the younger, she hired more bodyguards around the house and also assigned some to go with them everytime she went to the company. Chaeryeong's stalker was now in jail which made the younger quite relieved.

Right now, they were still in bed. Last night was still kind of hard since Chaeryeong kept having nightmares but luckily Lia was there to calm her down through the night.

Lia groaned and stretched her arms a bit as she notices the rays of sunlight shining through their room. She did had work today but she knew she would be late, she wanted to so she could focus more on her fiancée.

She turned to face the younger, a smile creeping up on her lips. She just felt so happy how calm the younger was beside her. Chaeryeong was sleeping peacefully, she had a small smile formed on her lips as she slept and her breathing was very calm and relaxing.

Lia then caressed the younger's hair and back, making the younger feel at ease, well it actually made Chaeryeong wake up.

"Oh, sorry baby, did I woke you up?" Lia asked worriedly as she looks at the younger, she didn't want to ruin her fiancée's sleep.

"It's fine" Chaeryeong said softly with a smile and hugged the older tighter, she hides her face on the crook of Lia's neck and lets out a soft breath. Lia continued to caress the younger's back, it did made Chaeryeong feel a lot better especially after everything that happened.

"Do you have work today?" Chaeryeong asked and looked at the older, Lia looked down at her as well.

"Yes, I have work today darling" Lia said

"Oh..." Chaeryeong trailed off. Lia then figured that Chaeryeong didn't like it, noticing how the younger's expression changed.

"Why baby?" Lia asked her softly

"N-Nothing" Chaeryeong said and lets out a heavy sigh. She felt so traumatized already and a certain part of the building will for sure make her anxiety worse.

"Are you sure? you know you can tell me anything darling" Lia said and she was now caressing her fiancée's cheek.

"I... I'm not comfortable much anymore staying at the company" Chaeryeong said and it made Lia very worried. She didn't want her fiancée to feel like that especially to a place where she always goes to.

"I'm sorry darling, but what if you just stay in my office as I work so that I can keep an eye on you. I also don't want to leave you alone here at the house" Lia said and Chaeryeong just nodded

Lia then brought the younger into a hug, hoping it would help her to feel more relieved and forget about what happened.

"I'm just here baby, you don't have to worry about anything" Lia reassured and then sat up, she then placed the younger gently on her lap and started cradling her. She didn't care if any of her maids were to see them like this, Chaeryeong was her baby, her princess and most definitely her everything.

After a while, Chaeryeong gave in and also got ready for the day, she chose to wear Lia's clothes to make her more comfortable and save. She was wearing one of Lia's skirt and a nice blouse that goes with it. She wasn't feeling to wear any slacks since she would just stay in Lia's office.

Later on they arrived at the company and went straight off to Lia's office, Chaeryeong was holding onto Lia the entire time they were walking.

"You okay now baby?" Lia asked and Chaeryeong just nodded as she lets go of Lia's hand.

"I'll do some work now okay?" Lia said and the younger just nodded. Lia went off to her desk and did some work while Chaeryepng was on the couch scrolling through her phone as usual.

It went just like that for a few hours not until Hiyyih knocked on the door and went inside to inform Lia about a meeting.

"Ms. Choi, the meeting will start in ten minutes" Hiyyih informed

"Oh okay, I'll be there quickly, thank you for telling me Hiyyih" Lia said and Hiyyih nodded before bowing and leaving the office.

"Baby, I'll just go to the meeting okay?" Lia said as she went towards the younger

"How long will it take?" Chaeryeong asked worriedly

"Just an hour and a half darling, I'll be back as soon as you know it" Lia said with a smile to reassure her

"Okay, goodluck with your meeting" Chaeryeong said and smiled softly at the older

"Thank you baby, I'll go off now" Lia said and kissed the younger's lips before leaving the office

Chaeryeong was now left alone in the office. She just kept looking around and staring but suddenly a knock had startled her.

Her eyes were now focused on the door, she was curious who would it be but she was also cautious. As she was about to stand up, the door was opened by Hiyyih.

"Ms. Lee, you have some visitors today" Hiyyih said and step aside only for Yuna and Yeji to enter.

"Unnie!"

"Yuna!"

The two squealed and Yuna immediately went to the older and hugged her.

"I missed you so much unnie" Yuna said with a pout

"I missed you too Yuna" Chaeryeong said and chuckled

"Hi unnie" Chaeryeong greeted Yeji with a smile

"Hi Chaer, still looking fabulous as usual" Yeji complimented the younger

"What do you mea fabulous? she's stunning!!" Yuna said which caused all of them to chuckle

"Thank you Yuna, Yeji unnie" Chaeryeong said with a smile

"Lia told us you were alone here so we decided to come and give you company" Yeji said and it made Chaeryeong smile

Chaeryeong was about to say something but then her phone rang.

"Hang on, I'll just answer this" Chaeryeong said and the two nodded. Chaeryeong then went a little bit further from Yeji and Yuna

"Is Yuna and Yeji already there?"

"Mhm, they're here in your office now"

"Okay that's good"

"Thank you for letting them come here to accompany me"

"Anything for you my darling, okay I have to get back to the meeting. Have fun okay? and also be safe"

"I will baby, thank you again"

"I love you darling"

"I love you too"

"Unnie, how about we go to the café downstairs? Yuna asked as soon as Chaeryeong was done talking to the phone

"Sure, let's go" Chaeryeong said with a smile and the three of them went down.
