Lia couldn't deny it, of course she still loves the younger and she always will

"Was it true?....... you still love me?" Chaeryeong asked as Lia's tears were forming in her eyes

"I... You know I can't tell you that Chaeryeong" Lia said and chuckled bitterly, afraid of being rejected.

"I thought we made a promise before" Chaeryeong said and it made Lia look at her

"We both promise and swore..... whatever happens, we'll be honest to each other" Chaeryeong said and Lia just nodded

"Then tell me Lia, do you still love me?" Chaeryeong asked, waiting for an answer from the older, it did took a while but Lia took in a big breath before she could gather up enough courage to finally say it to the younger.

"I do Chaeryeong, I still love you. I know it would so awfully crazy to you, especially that I'm the one who ended our relationship back then, I blame myself. I deeply regret for leaving you, for putting my own studies and my selfish self first" Lia said, tears already flowing down her cheeks.

"I.... I just can't imagine myself being alone when time pass.... I always wanted you to be in it, to be with me. I want us to be together no matter what happens" Lia said and sniffed but then she continued

"I also want to  say sorry for breaking up with you without even thinking, I was so insensitive and I should've known that you were going to be so hurt... too much to be honest. When Yeji called me that you got into an accident, it made me worry a lot, I still blame myself for it until now. I had to argue with my mom just so I could go back here to check on you. I'm very sorry Chaeryeong, I didn't mean to hurt you too much, I degraded you and said other mean things to you that hurt you emotionally and mentally. I don't expect you to love me back, but I'm at least happy that I'm able to tell you that I still do..." Lia said, still crying her heart out, her heart was heavy but she felt a little better that she was able to say the things she wanted to tell the younger

"I love you Chaeryeong.... I still do and I'll always do" Lia said and exhaled deeply. Crying too much made her breath unevenly but she was fine at least.

It was silent, Chaeryeong wasn't saying a thing and Lia thought that she just fucked it all up, she thought that she should've just kept quiet and not answer the younger's question.

"W-We should have breakfast and then I'll drive you ho-" Lia was then cut off when the younger immediately went towards her and hugged her tightly. She felt herself crying again, being hugged by the younger was one of the things she missed a lot.

"I forgive you Lia" Chaeryeong whispered softly and Lia continued to cry

"I-I'm sorry..." Lia sobbed

"You've said sorry numerous of times already, I forgive you now Lia" Chaeryeong said and then she parted away to look at the older's face. It made her heart melt seeing how the older was so sincere on apologizing to her.

"Shh... it's okay now" Chaeryeong said and wiped off the tears on Lia's cheeks

"I'm really sorry Chaery" Lia said and Chaeryeong smiled softly at the older.

"You're forgiven now, we should have breakfast together okay?" Chaeryeong said and then suddenly kissed Lia's cheek, it made the older shocked but Chaeryeong just led her to the dining area. She let Lia seat down first and she followed, sitting beside her.

It was kind of quiet as they had breakfast together but hey, they were in good terms now right?

"I should get you home, your parents might be worried" Lia said as she was about to grab her car keys but was stopped by Chaeryeong

"Chaery, I have to drive you home" Lia said but Chaeryeong shook her head

"I don't want to go home yet, I want to stay with you" Chaeryeong said

"But...." Lia trailed off but seeing how expectant Chaeryeong was looking at her, she gave in onto the younger's request

"Fine, what do you want to do?" Lia asked the younger and Chaeryeong puts a finger one her chin, as if she was thinking.

"I don't really know, just wanna spend some time with you" Chaeryeong said

"Hmm... I guess we can watch a movie" Lia said as both of them went to the living room. As soon as she sat down, the younger immediately went beside her and cling onto her arm. Lia didn't find it weird and all but she was also wondering why Chaeryeong was acting this way

They chose to watch an animated movie entitled The Book of Life, Lia remembered that Chaeryeong loves the movie so much that she even cried the first few times they watched it together.

In the middle of watching, Lia couldn't be patient enough to ask the younger. She wanted to know if Chaeryeong wanted to get back to her or not

"Chaery" Lia called and the younger hummed in response

"May I ask you something?" Lia asked

"Sure, what is it?" Chaeryeong said as she paused the movie and turned to look at the older.

"Umm.... I was just wondering, if....."

"If?"

"You want to be my girlfriend again?" Lia said in a fast way, afraid of what the younger would say after

"You know what, you don't have to answer that if you don-" Lia was then cut off when she felt a pair of lips that she misses the most on hers. She was shocked but her heart bursted into joy, knowing that Chaeryeong's answer was yes through the kiss.

She then felt the younger straddling her which made her place her hands on Chaeryeong's tiny and slim waist, She missed this kind of together time that she shares with the younger a lot, much more having their lips moving together in sync as if there was no tomorrow. Chaeryeong then wrapped her arms around Lia's neck, her fingers playing with the older's hair

Parting away, Chaeryeong looked into Lia's eyes and smiled softly.

"I love you Lia, and I would love to be your girlfriend again... always" Chaeryeong said snd it made Lia tear up once again

"Hey, I thought you wouldn't cry anymore" Chaeryeong said and chuckled as she wipes off the tears on Lia's cheeks

"Sorry, it's just that I miss you so much and-" Lia was cut off once again when Chaeryeong gave her another kiss, Lia chuckled through the kiss and brought the younger closer to her, deepening their kiss.

"Hmm~ I missed this a lot.... I missed you" Chaeryeong said as they parted away again

"Me too baby, me too" Lia said and Chaeryeong looked at her in shock

"What's wrong?" Lia asked worriedly

"B-Baby... I'm your baby again?" Chaeryeong asked and Lia chuckled at the younger's cuteness

"Of course you are, and you'll always be my precious baby, no matter what happens" Lia said and it made Chaeryeong smile, she hugged the older tightly as she hid her face on the crook of her neck.

"I love you" Chaeryeong muttered softly

"I love you too my baby, so much" Lia said and kissed the top of Chaeryeong's head
