"Okay class, I have here with me the results of the english pop quiz we had last time, I hope you all reflect to the results you're going to receive" one of Chaeryeong's teachers said

She was in school at the moment, Lia dropped her off this morning and promised to pick her up right after. She was happy that her girlfriend finally has the time to do that kind of stuffs, dropping her off to school and picking her up after.

One by one, the teacher gave the students their results and still she didn't got hers yet. She was starting to get nervous, what if she failed her pop quiz? it was one of the important tests in their subject especially that they'll be graduating soon.

"Ms. Lee" she heard and she immediately stood up and went towards her teacher. As soon as she was given the paper, her teacher smiled at her

"Congratulation Ms. Lee, you got a perfect score in the pop quiz" her teacher said with a smile and Chaeryeong couldn't believe it, she checked her test paper and there she saw her results.

"Great job Ms. Lee, I'm sure you're proud of yourself" her teacher said

"Yes miss, thank you so much" Chaeryeong said and went back to her seat. She was definitely excited to show it to Lia, the older would be so happy.

The rest of the afternoon, the teachers just gave the students a free time so it was a chance for Chaeryeong to borrow a book in the library. She happily made her way towards the library and as soon as she got in, she went to the shelf where all her favorite books were. She probably had almost finish reading the books on that shelf which always fascinates the librarian.

She took about two hours, staying in the library until it was time for her to go home. She wasn't able to finish the book she chose last so she decided to borrow it for a week. She put back the other books on the shelf and made her way to the librarian.

"Hello again Chaeryeonh, I see you're going to borrow another book" the librarian said and chuckled

"You know I always do Ms. Yu, also, will there be new arrivals for books before school ends by next month? I really want to finish all the fiction books here in the library" Chaeryeong said

"Hmm... as far as I know, there's no any update on book arrivals but if there is, I'll tell you right away" Ms. Yu said as she records Chaeryeong's name on the book borrower list.

"Here you go Chaeryeong, do enjoy the book" Ms. Yu said

"I will Ms. Yu, thank you so much"

"You know, you remind me of someone" Ms. Yu said which made Chaeryeong prevent from leaving, she wanted to know who Ms. Yu was talking about

"Really? Who do I remind you of Ms. Yu?" Chaeryeong anticipated

"She was just like you, very studious and fond of books" Ms. Yu said

"Speaking of...." Ms. Yu said and chuckled as she saw someone who was approaching them where Chaeryeong turned around she was surprised to see Lia.

Lia's POV

I promised Chaeryeong that I would pick her up right after her class finishes but I was currently still in my office, finishing my paperworks. I was getting a little bit frustrated because I was afraid to be late on picking her up.

"Ms. Choi" I heard, I groaned and look up only to see my secretary, Hiyyih

"Not now Hiyyih, I'm finishing my papers. Maybe in a while" I told her

"Actually miss, I'm here to tell you that it's leaving hours already. Almost all pf the employees already left" she said which confused me

"What? leaving hours already?" I asked

"Yes miss, you declared that last time since you said you have to fit in your schedule along with Ms. Lee's, your girlfriend" she explained and my eyes widened. I completely forgot about that, I declared and early off time for my employees so that I could leave early and have more time with Chaeryeong.

"I completely forgot, I'll just fix my things and head off, thank you for telling me Hiyyih" I said and she nodded

She left my office and then I quickly fixed my things so that I could leave and pick up Chaeryeong. I drove quickly to the school, not forgetting to bring the one thing she kept wanting for a week now.

I went inside the campus and the guard gave me a visitor pass. I didn't know if it was already dismissal time for the students so I asked him.

"Is it already dismissal time for students?" I asked

"Yes miss, some students already left but some are still inside the campus" he said and I thanked him and nodded.

I entered and tried to find where Chaeryeong could be, it was already dismissal time as the guard said so I think she wouldn't be in her classroom anymore. Just them, I remembered where she could be, I ask the students around where the library was and gladly showed me the way. As soon as I got in, I noticed someone who had their black silky hair tied up in half with a white ribbon. I chuckled knowing who it was so I carefully walked up towards her

"Speaking of...." I heard Ms. Yu said, I knew her because she was also the librarian here before.

"Lia!" I heard my sweet angel squeal as she turned around and hugged me tightly. I hugged her back and kissed her temple.

"I see that you two girls have been doing good" Ms. Yu said and chuckled

"Yes miss, thank you for keeping Chaeryeong company, we'll head home now" I said

"No worries girls, get home safely" she said

"You too Ms. Yu" Chaeryeong said back to her and then the both of us walked back to my car.

"How was school baby?" I asked her

"It was fine, oh here" she said and handed me a paper

"What's this?" I asked her

"I got a perfect score on my english pop quiz" she said with a smile and I couldn't be more prouder than anyone. She was always so hard on herself especially when she was studying english but seeing her ace her pop quiz just made me so happy for her.

"Really! oh my gosh baby! I'm so proud of you!" I said and hugged her once again

"Thank you, you helped me with that" she said

"Hmm.. well I do have something to give you" I said and then finally handed her the thing I brought

"You bought it?!" she asked me excitedly, her eyes sparkling

"Of course I did, you kept talking about it but said you don't have the time to go out and buy it. This is my gift to you as a reward for acing your pop quiz" I said and she happily took the book from my hands and then hugged me tightly

"Thank you baby, you're really the best" she said and started kissing along my face

"Want to go to a café to get a drink?" I asked her and she nodded and giggled

Well, I hope she'll be very happy with my gift for her on her graduation....
