"Why won't she fucking pick up?!" Yeji groaned

"Keep quiet unnie, Chaeyeon unnie is sleeping" Ryujin reminded the older. They were at the hospital since it was a Saturday, also its been a week already since everything and Chaeryeong was still in a coma

"This is just so rude, I know Lia unnie broke up with her but why is she ignoring our messages" Yuna said and crossed her arms

"Maybe she doesn't want to be involved in anything or to anyone that is close to Chaeryeong" Minji said and they sighed

"No, I won't keep up on this, Lia has to know and she will" Yeji said and grabbed her phone once again.

"What are you gonna do?" Ryujin asked her

"Call her mom, Aunt Choi doesn't know that I'm close with Chaeryeong, for sure she would answer my call and besides, my parents are more powerful than them" Yeji said and then called Mrs. Choi

"Hello Aunt Choi... Yes..... oh uh is Lia with you?...... oh, can you tell her to answer my messages, she probably haven't seen them..... yes, thank you Aunt Choi" Yeji smiled im victory, knowing that she was able to talk to Lia's mom

"She can't ignore because I'm sure Aunt Choi will scold her. A little later, Yeji's phone rang and she knew it was Lia so she hurriedly answer it. Of course she answered first in a more gentle way

"Hey Lia!"

"Hmm... Yeji"

"How are you?"

"Fine"

"Well, so... you studying?"

"Of course, what else would I be doing?"

"Okay then, I don't want to bother you. I just wanted to check and just wanna say that we're all doing fine, we're just in the hospital right now"

"Why? Why are you guys in the hospital?" Lia asked in confusion

"We're here because we visited Chaeryeong. She isn't well for the past week, she got into an accident" Yeji said and the other looked at her weirdly, they wondered why Yeji was talking that way

"A-accident? What accident?"

"She got hit by a van last week, we were suppose to celebrate when she aced her test but then it happened. Well I don't want to take too much time on you so I'll end he call now" Yeji said and ended the call immediately before Lia could even answer her back

"What was that about? it's as you don't have feelings that Chaeryeong unnie isn't well" Yuna said

"I had to act that way" Yejii said

"Why?" Minji asked

"So Lia could think about it. As far as I know, Lia gets too worried when something bad happens to Chaeryeong, especially when she gets sick or injured" Yeji said

"What if she doesn't have feelings for her anymore? what if she doesn't care about Chaeryeong anymore?" Ryujin asked

"I doubt that, I know Lia. She's probably worried right now" Yeji said and then they all glanced at Chaeryeong who was still unconscious on the hospital bed.

"I hope your plan works" Yuna said and sighed

Lia's POV

Hospital?

Accident?.....

but how? I thought she-

Why am I even worried about it? I broke up with her already right? I shouldn't have feelings for her anymore and I shouldn't care about it.

"So what did Yeji said?" I heard mom ask, she just got inside my room

"O-oh... she just ask how I was doing" I said and mom nodded. She then left my room and I thought about it.

I know I shouldn't get too worried bur how can I not? Chaeryeong..... she's suffering so much right now. It's all my fault, if I didn't broke up with her, if I didn't left just for my studies and if only I didn't said those mean things to her. How could I be so selfish? so rude?.....

Should I see her? should I check up on her? Wait, I can ask Somi.

I quickly dialled her and good thing she answered

"Oh Julia, what is it?"

"You're still going back to Korean right?"

"Yeah, probably next month"

"Is it possible for me to join you?"

"Sure, I can get you a ticket asap"

"Really? thank you"

I sighed and turned off my phone, I placed it on my table and then continued to do my work but then...

"Who told you that you can go back to Korea?" I heard and my eyes widened in horror
