Rain pattered down on the streets of Liyue.Ning Guang looked glumly out of the window.She did not like rainy days, communication travels slower on days like this.Having slower communication was the the equivalent of crippling Ning Guang, so she didn't like that.Lightning flashed, followed by the loud 'Kaboom!' Of thunder.Ning Guang held her golden fan over her mouth, hiding her frown.
"Lady Ning Guang!"came a voice most familiar to Ning Guang.
Keqing strode into the room.Ning Guang continued staring out of the window even after Keqing addressed her.She was in a bad mood today, surely Keqing will understand.
"I've got word that a certain 'traveller' is leaving Mondsdaht and coming to Liyue. The traveller is very powerful,or so I heard.She's already an honorary night of Favonius. We need to be wary of her."Keqing informed Ning Guang.

Ning Guang tilted her head slightly, now this was interesting.She puffed on the small,gold,horn-like instrument.White smoke billowed out of her mouth as she breathed out. To use the instrument, one would put a certain type of blue flower from the mountain ranges in through the wider end of the horn, light it on fire, and breathe in the smoke.It was an expensive hobby, as it is hard to get the flowers from the snowy mountains.However,it healed coughs, colds and about every other small illness that can hinder Ning Guang's work.To Ning Guang, never the need to worry about stupid coughs, colds that can tarnish her reputation, it was damn worth it.Ning Guang turned around.
"And what is the traveller's name?"she asked,her voice cold, authoritative and medium pitched.
Keqing looked thoughtful for a moment.
"I think it was 'Lumine'"Keqing replied.
"Surname?"Ning Guang asked.
"None."Keqing replied,"Your practically Liyue's ruler and best businesswoman,Ning Guang.I thought you ought to know."
