. . .RYLOTH, OUTER RIM

𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐏𝐈𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐀𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐍 down to the dusty surface of Ryloth with practiced ease. He was one of two people Chewie trusted enough to sit in the pilot's seat. Someday, though, Poe would fly it. If he had to keep riding around in the famous piece of junk, he was at least going to figure out how to get his hands on the controls.

There was uncertainty about their arrival on Ryloth. Leia was restless and almost worse for wear, not quite enthusiastic at the prospect of potential allies. Like the rest of them, she had slept in her clothes and was desperate to find a new base. Their landing confirmation was a hard-won gamble. Finn's jaw went slack. "What do they do to us?"

The corner of Reeve's mouth twitched up into the beginnings of what Poe recognized as a sly grin. Finn, however, was still hanging on to her every word. "This might not be true," she said conspiratorially, glancing over her shoulder for good measure. "But Resistance pilot is a delicacy here–"
