"She's fine. There's no fracture or dislocation based on the x-ray results. She'll need to monitor herself for the next 3 days to recover, and she'll be good to go to school as usual." The doctor said after checking Saebyul's condition. Jisung heaved a sigh of relief after hearing the doctor's statement.
He then walked towards Saebyul, who was looking at the hospital surrounding. "What did the doctor say, Ji?" She asked upon making eye contact with Jisung. "They said you'll possibly recover in the next 3 days."
"Thank god... I'm sorry for having to make you skip lessons because of me." Saebyul said after letting out a sigh of relief.
"No need to apologise, it's not your fault you're in this condition. Hujin was the one who made you like this." He said in a soft tone.
—— "Jisung? I'm not fully sure what happened to him. I heard he had to be away because of some competition or something." A student replied.
"Speaking of that, even the popular seniors, Jeno & Jaemin, had to skip several schooldays because of some competition. Could it be they 3 are teammates for this competition?" Another student add on.
Saebyul let out a hum in response before lifting her utensils. Not a few minutes after picking up the food with the chopsticks, a carton of milk was thrown directly onto her face. Saebyul got up from her seat, the same goes for her two classmates who were sitting around her.
"Ugh, does she ever stop harrassing Saebyul? What, is it because she can't get Jisung to be close to her?" Her classmates said as she stared at the girl whom Jisung previously called 'Haru,' who is apparently Hana's younger sister.
"The teachers aren't even stepping up to handle this bullshit. I'm getting tired of seeing her and Hana's face." Another classmate said.
—— The teacher was writing on the whiteboard regarding the materials and assignments needed to be submitted tomorrow when the bell rang, indicating the school's dismissal time. Almost immediately, everyone started packing up their bags. The teacher took a snapshot of the completed whiteboard and send it in the class's groupchat.
Just a few minutes after the teacher had left the classroom, Saebyul felt her hair pulled once again. She jerked away from the person and tried to smack them, only to get slapped on the cheeks which caused her to stumble behind and use a table for support.
"What're you going to do now? Run to your best friend, Jisung?" Haru said. Saebyul looked at her and saw Hana, with several other girls who were most likely Hana's friends. "We're going to have fun playing together." Hana said as she snaps her finger.
Almost immediately, the other girls started pushing Saebyul to the ground and started kicking her stomach, while the others started to shut the doors close. Her other classmates who were there could not do anything to help but witness her getting bullied. Others scurried off to search for teachers who could possibly help handle the situation.
Saebyul held onto her stomach, letting her arms be injured by the girls' ruthless torture. All the while Hana and the other girls laughed along with Haru, seeing Saebyul trying to shield herself from them. "Poor thing! It looks like Jisung couldn't even save his crush after all!" Hajin said.
The students who were outside had slowly disappeared to look for teachers, which took close to an hour of finding a decent teacher who could help Saebyul while the others did not budge. At that point, it is no longer of use for a student to find a teacher, seeing as to how weak Saebyul looked by the time a teacher had arrived to control the situation.
