——jisung. "What is Harin doing outside? It's almost an hour and she still hasn't come back." Haechan said, looking at Jisung and Jeno. "I'll go check on her." Jisung said, pausing his work as he got up from his seat.
As he exits the cafe, he looks around his surrounding but did not even see any sight of Harin. His mind started racing with worries as he finally came to the conclusion that Harin is gone, after looking around endlessly, thinking he maybe did not see her when looking around. He immediately went back into the cafe and approach his friends.
"Guys, Harin's not there. She's gone." He said in a worried tone. "Huh?" Jaemin and Renjun said in unison as Haechan looked outside the cafe. "Wasn't she sitting there just now? Where is she?" Haechan asked.
"Try calling her number, she brought her phone when she went to take a break." Jeno said. Jisung took his phone from the table and started dialling her number. A few tries but the call kept going to the usual automated voice when the other person did not answered the call.
"She's not answering her phone." He said. "Crap. We're leaving now. You guys follow Mark, I'll try and ask Winwin to help find where she is." Jeno said as he left the cafe first. The group started packing up and followed Mark to the parking area where his vehicle is parked at.
——harin. Harin woke up after getting slapped numerous times. Flickering her eyes open, her blurry vision could figure out several female students in front of her. Her blurry vision became clear a few seconds later and made eye contact with Hana and her friends.
"Finally you woke up!" Hana said in annoyance, walking towards her friend as her friend gave something to her. "Know the reason why you're in this filthy-looking place?" Hana said as she approached Harin with her hands behind her back.
Harin ignored her question, looking around her surrounding before looking at Hana. Hana had a menacing smile before she lifted the baseball bat she was holding onto and swings it at Harin's body, making her let out a bloodcurdling scream. "This is for taking away Jisung from me!" Hana said, followed by a few of her friends laughing and recording the scene.
"Wait... should we continue doing this? She looks like she's dying." One of Hana's friend asked, looking worried after hearing her scream in pain which irritate Hana. "Of course, that's the main reason why you guys dragged her here right?" Hana said before throwing away the baseball bat. Hana kneeled down towards Harin who was panting tirelessly, her strands of hair covering her face.
"I feel like the reason why Jisung chose you... was most probably your face." Hana said as she tuck Harin's strands of hair behind her ears while her other hand was on Harin's cheek, rubbing off the sweat from her cheeks. "Maybe I should get rid of it." Hana said as she lifted her shoe and plant it on Harin's face. Hana's friends pretended to puke after seeing that Hana was rubbing her shoe dirt at Harin.
Hana continued for a few seconds before lifting her shoes away and grabbing the metal baseball bat that her friend was holding. "You see... I was actually thinking I could send you to a coma. But I'd rather see you suffer forever." Hana said as she lifted the baseball bat, aiming at Harin's legs.
Just as she was about to swing at Harin, Hana heard her friends pleading for help. Looking behind her, she was met with a fist, making her collapse as she held onto her face in pain. "What the fuck was that for?!" She screamed as she grabbed the baseball. Finally knowing who the person who punched her was, her body tensed up. "You still don't get it. Do you?" Jisung said.
Hana backed away from Jisung but was unable to as Jisung had his hands on her neck. Making her lean onto the wall, the teen started beating her to a pulp. "Stop it, Jisung! She's dying!" One of her friends said as she tried to pull Jisung away from Hana who was slowly getting weak from the punches. "As if you guys stopped her when she beat Harin up." Jisung answered back as he continued beating Hana a few more times before throwing her to the ground.
While Hana was coughing and crawling towards her friends who were helping her, Jisung ran towards Harin who looked lifeless. Harin did not answer his shouting other than trying to catch her breath, hinting that she is still conscious. "Jeno, come pick us up." Jisung said before carrying Harin in a piggyback style.
"The next time I find out you guys did this to her, it won't end with just a few punches." Jisung said to the girls before walking away from them, leaving them to take care of Hana who was in pain.
