We were in his office drinking wine and just relaxing. For a while I had forgotten that we were in his office.

He's such an amazing person. Sometimes I can't help but just stare at him. I could possibly be the luckiest girl in the world.

Hmmm I wonder sometimes...will I be with him for the rest of my life?

What am I thinking! I should not be thinking about that now...I'm way to young for all that.

All of a sudden there was a knock on the door. Instantaneously releasing me from my trance.

"Oh shit, Calvin go answer it"

"Go hide in the back, i'll handle it"

He went over to the door and opened it and to my surprise it was Mike. Oh great.

"Sir, did you forget your meeting is starting in 5.....are you okay?"

"Yes, uh...i'll be there in 10, I have some work I have to finish up."

"Oh okay then"

...

"Oh babe, I'mso sorry I forgot I had an important conference today."

"Go on ahead, I'll take care of the office and clean up."

He walked over and kissed me on my cheek and rushed off to his meeting.

As I was cleaning up, there was another knock on the door.

I barely had any clothes on, why os this happening now!

I rushed and grabbed one of Calvin's jacket and quickly pulled up my skirt.

I went to open the door and it was Mike....

Why Mike!? Why!?

"Mike...hello..."

"Were you guys....uhmmm busy..well you know what ai mean.."

".....So..how have you been?"

"Soleil....I didn't have a chance to tell you early on but..."

Why does he seem so nervous...oh no..don't tell me he's about to confess..

"Mike...are you about t-"

"I FU*KING LOVE YOU SOLEIL, I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE FACT THAT YOU ARE DATING CALVIN!"

....How am I even supposed to answer..

"Mike I'm sorry but I'm in love with Calvin"

Out of nowhere, Mike slams the door behind him and pushed me to the ground.

"Ow....Mike.....do-"

He's got me locked beneath him, heavily breathing. No matter how much I tried moving, nothing. He was way too strong.

I hope he really isn't about to hurt me...I did nothing wrong.

"Why not me? I'm a cool guy....right?"

"It's not that you aren't cool guy it-"

"F*CK! Then what then!"

He was screaming so loud in my face I couldn't help but start to cry. I've never felt so vulnerable.

The only thing that was running through my head was Calvin.

If he could just walk through the door right.....

"Are you going to The Grand Ball this weekend!?"

There's a ball? Calvin never mentioned a ball...

Hmm strategically thinking I should just tell him no and gather information later.

"No."

"Liar! How could you not go..I mean hellooo!"

"I'm not going."

"Hmph"

He slowly got up off me, picked me up, fixed himself up and left.

What...what was that...

Besides the tears, I'm fine..

Hmm I don't know if I should tell Calvin....

It's the first time its happened....still I shouldn't let him off the hook...

I quickly wiped off my face...

All of a sudden, Calvin comes through the door.

"Sorry about that...everything okay babe?"

"Oh yea! You just startled me that's all."

"Hmm okay"

I tried to play it cool but i knew he knew that something was up.

I really wanted to tell him but my subconscious was telling me that it was not the right time.

"Anyways, I have a surprise for you!"

Well this should cheer me up.

"What is it babe?"

"Close your eyes"

Hmmm now he's peeked at me curiosity, what could it be?

As I closed my eyes I could hear him picking something up while walking back over to me.

"Open your eyes!"

It's a huge red box.

A box? What could possibly be inside!

As I'm going in to open it, he's standing in front of me with a charming silence.

...

I couldn't believe it!

Why would he get me this!?

It was so beautiful...

This must have cost him a fortune.

I don't deserve this...

It was a long white dress encrusted with diamonds from head to toe.

"A one of a kind dress for a one of a kind lady."

"Babe...."

"There's more"

More!? What more could there possibly be?

He hands me a letter that was hidden under the dress.

it said

"Dear Soleil,
in honor of your birthday, I'm holding a Grand Ball just for you my love.

I've invited everyone, even Salida!

I can't wait to spend such a wonderful night with the woman of my dreams."

He manages to get better and better each time.

"Calvin.....I don't know what to say.."

"You don't have to say anything."

I was speechless but I know one way to really show him how I felt.

I pulled him in for a kiss.

While kissing, he tightly grabbed one of my naked cheeks!

Softly whispering into my ear.

"Me and you against the world baby."

I softly replied, gazing into his eyes...

"Forever and always babe."

I can't wait for The Grand Ball...
