Chapter XXVII-A new queen will rise

That night, the other pair from the future would nuzzle close to each other. The weather was a little bit colder than their usual nights in their town but thankfully they had blankets.

Catra was thankful that the blonde one was feeling better than before and she rested beside her, wrapping her arm around her and her tail as well. "Baby...are you okay? Maybe cold? Too warm?" She was too worried while the woman was pregnant.

Adora giggled softly, nuzzling into her with a soft yawn "Baby, hey. I'm alright. You worry too much..." She smiled gently, wrapping her arms around her "How do you think the other two are holding up... Seems like they've been through hell and back two times over..."

"Yeah... more times than we were" Catra chuckled and wrapped her arm around her more, her tail slowly curled around her belly "We should really take care here, though... the last plan.. sucked. I shouldn't leave you behind.. I knew you would search for me if I didn't appear in time" She sighed but smiled in the end, listening to the sounds of the night from out of their tent "Hey... at least it's romantic~"

"Mhm... Don't forget it.. Leave me behind again and I'm kicking your butt" The other one giggled, tickling her side for a moment

"Wha-" The feline giggled after a soft yelp and rolled her eyes in return before letting the other continue "It is romantic. Though I don't know how to ride a horse..."

"I wouldn't allow you to ride a fucking horse...What if it throws you down?" She growled and cupped her cheek "What if it destroyed your poof?" She joked making the other laugh softly

"They wouldn't put a pregnant woman in danger... Besides, if these horses are brave enough to go into battle holding men and women in full plate armour, I'm sure they can hold a pregnant woman without spooking." Adora cupped her cheek then, straddling her lap as she looked down at her "The other two wouldn't put me in danger either.. If they thought a horse might throw me off they wouldn't put me on it"

Catra saw that the blondie was serious about it and she shook her head in denial "No no no... Whatever you're thinking, my answer is no.." She puffed, her tail moved up and down, literally on her belly while speaking. Listening to her was ridiculous! She was pregnant "The knight said we will go with a carriage and you are obviously going to stay with the other me in that carriage. You're not going to get on a horse with the baby in you, okay?" She was protective..

The other one pouted "But, my love... I've always wanted to ride a horse... What if I rode the one the other Adora rides? There's no way he'd buck me off, especially if she rode with me right? I promise I'll be alright. Please?" She pouted, her arms over Catra's shoulders as she looked at her "Do you wanna tell me why you seem to despise horses so much?"

"I don't despise them.... I am just worried about you..." Catra was slowly rubbing her with her tail and side close to her only to nuzzle on her and kiss her lips. "I love you and I don't want anything to happen..." She purred.

Adora wrapped her arms around her "My love, I know you love me.. And I know you worry. But they won't let me get hurt. I promise. If a horse can run into war it can handle me riding it... At least for five minutes?" She pouted, looking at her.

The brunette couldn't say no to her when she was pouting or ...making such a cute face. Her eyes looked up at her and leaned in to give her a small peck on her lips "Fine... Fine. We will ask that knight tomorrow...okay?" She hummed and puffed as she looked away. "It's not because I like you"

Adora grinned, kissing her again before hugging her close "thank you baby! I can't wait!" She grinned, nuzzling into her "I know. Now it's late... let's sleep, baby.. I wanna check on them tomorrow too.."
