Catra didn't even have the strength to ask her mother about this. She knew she wanted to kill the woman she loved but also she wanted her to marry someone like that man. She didn't care about her happiness. She cared only about the power of the kingdom and nothing else.

The slim woman walked up the stairs. She felt so weak. She just wanted everything to go back to normal. As long as this man appeared, nothing went well in her life. Her eyes fixed on the door of her own room while standing there and staring at it. After a few seconds she snapped out of her thoughts and pushed the door open, wishing to find no one inside. She walked inside, laid on her bed and closed her eyes as she was alone, thankfully, in her chamber. She missed Adora...she missed her touch. Her sea blue eyes..her beautiful hair.. everything seemed so far away but she was right there.. a floor underneath her. Her eyes opened and she sat down with a sharp breath before continuing to help herself calm down. With a soft move the woman glanced out of the window. She stood up to lean close to her wooden desk and enjoyed the beautiful mountains in the distance. The beautiful pink cherry blossoms outside the palace and the colourful yet cloudy sky. She loved it when the weather was cloudy and windy. It somehow felt like all this wind was blowing all her worries and thoughts away. Her ears twitched when she suddenly heard the door knocking behind her. A slow breath was taken "Come in" She spoke faintly. Her lips made a bright smile when she saw her governess walking inside the room

"It seems I'm around less than your maids are, young lady" The older woman spoke with a smile when the younger one ran to her and embraced her tightly

"Why..... I'm so glad you're here..." Catra mumbled against her chest.

"Your mother wants me to help her around and...." The woman spoke softly as the other one hissed.

"She just wants me to be alone with my...husband. We have to talk...really I don't trust anyone here any more...." Catra's face dug in the other's chest and nuzzled close. Her tail even wrapped around her own thigh since she couldn't move it off her dress.

"I have the whole day to catch up with the news, my lady.. don't worry, okay? Take a seat and I'll bring you a cup of tea to calm down" The woman whispered with a smile and pulled away so she could leave to join her later.

The hours passed by but Adora didn't even have a small chance to talk to the queen. She didn't want to be rude so she didn't walk up to her to interrupt her conversations with the other guests. The time for the tourney was slowly coming and she knew that would be the last time she would see the woman she loved. She had to get ready for the battles. She would have to take the princess away and fix all the mess Glimmer caused but she didn't know how. She was running out of time. Her head felt so heavy. She wanted to just go upstairs and grab the woman to steal her and run away but all this would be too low for her. She wanted to prove to her she could stand by her side and be worthy of the position she would have, not just run away. She walked straight to the girl's chambers, passing by the queen of the Horde and almost growling under her helmet. When did she even put on her helmet or...or her armour? She didn't know. She was too busy focusing on the problems to notice the time flying by. She practically ran to the door, ignoring the look of the other's mother and knocked on the door. She found the princess alone in the room. Her governess was by the bed talking about...something. Adora didn't even care to hide her love for the princess.

The feline stood up and turned around on her heels. She didn't know if she talked to the queen. She could see only disappointment in these blue eyes. Her eyebrows furrowed. Her ears twitched down "What happened...?"

"Nothing.... I didn't have the chance to talk to her and... Catra.." The knight's voice staggered when she spoke her name. She was in pain. She loved her to the moon and back and now she was losing her. Her taller form took a big step closer and embraced her tightly. Her arms clung around her slimmer body and her face got hidden by her hair. She placed a kiss on her scalp "I don't want you to go... I don't care if he is your husband or not I just want you for myself and only..."
