The morning came slowly as the chirping of some birds echoed in the motel room. Catra didn't expect to see herself drunk and on top of this certain Adora. Her eyes opened and pulled up quickly "Damn...My head is aching..." She hummed in distress and stood up. For a second she thought about what she had done but she..didn't care... "Agh....we really have to get going.....Shit I have no car..." She remembered and cursed under her breath while slowly standing up. Her head was aching and her eyes fell closed every time she yawned.
Adora groaned softly as well and stretched. Her back arching slightly before she sat up as well. She rubbed a hand over her face and looked up at her "Well... What a night..." She realised she was still naked and looked for her clothes "We do need to get going. If you're hungover, drink something. You seem to have easy access to clean water everywhere so drink some of that. I'm used to it, so I'll just work through it. We need to go now if we want to get anywhere before night"
"I'm fine... I will be okay we just...need to get dressed real quick and.... find a way to drive to Bright moon... we are not far...but we will need a car ..." she admitted only for her to start walking into the room, dressing up and giving her a quick glance before she point at her to dress up as well. They were both naked after all. After getting some water, she would brush her hair off her face and make a quick call by her phone. Obviously she didn't expect Adora to understand. "Scorpia..do you still have the motorcycle I gave you last year...?" She knew the girl was living around these streets, so she would have to just take it back since she needed to get to their destination before the night falls.
Adora got up and got dressed before gathering what little they had as Catra got ready. She was fully prepared to walk her way to Brightmoon, since she was used to having to walk and ride around.
Scorpia answered quickly, smiling when she realised it was Catra "Wildcat! Hey! Yeah I still have it. It's in our garage. Why? Worried I sold it off?" She giggled through the phone then called out to Perfuma, saying that Catra was calling while Adora just sat and waited for her.
"Ah... they stole my car in this stupid town... I need it for now. Can I have it for like...two days? I'll only need your address again...I don't remember it" She really didn't want to start a conversation with the woman since she had things to do.. Her eyes looked at the blonde one pointing to get up and follow her. She already waited for her to send the address.
Scorpia agreed, giving out her address. She asked if she should come pick them up instead but Catra refused.
Adora stood up and nodded, walking over to her "Who is that?" Scorpia gasped softly when she heard the voice of the warrior from the other side of the phone "Adora is with you?! We'll come pick you up then. Don't worry. Where are you?"
"No!'' Catra couldn't waste time to explain what happened with all this Adora thing right now. "Listen. I will just come to grab the bike then I leave with Adora.... we really can't be late today.." She hissed while glaring at the girl who asked her who that was. She rolled her eyes and continued to walk all the way to the door and outside. There was no time to waste at this point.. they were just too close to not arrive today... and Scorpia would obviously slow them down.
Adora lifted her hands, huffing and stepping back and leaving her be. Though she did follow her outside. Scorpia paused before nodding "Alright, alright. I'll have the bike out and ready then for the both of you. I'm guessing it's an emergency?"
"yeah... You can say it's something like that. We can't waste a second, Scorpia... I promise once things will get better I'll pay you a visit with Adora'' Catra mumbled and looked at the map on her phone. It wouldn't take them too long to get there as the woman had hung up the phone and gave the blonde a small pat. "You'll be fine ridin' my old baby. We will get there faster and you....may die on the road" She commented jokingly to Adora and smirked as the bike was out. It was a clean black matte Suzuki with a seat where they could both fit thankfully.
