Alistar

I called Diane to come to Persiania so I can talk to her about what Jacob and I did. The last thing I wish to do is hide this away from her. I know she may hate my guts in the end but I have to tell her.

I sat in my office filing papers out for new ordered weapons for our military. Our factories created new toys for our military and I'm a little stoked to try them out, Personally. Tomorrow is the masquerade ball and I have so much to do before then.

I honestly don't feel any strong feelings towards Jacob. I did everything out of anger, that's a fact. It didn't even feel like I did it. Arthur lied to me but eventually told me everything I need to know about his past and the people he's been with.

Alistar was downright evil and abusive. Tyler was also very neglectful. The wolf I dated was quite abusive too. But nothing will ever match what Alistar has done to me. Maybe I truly am destined to be alone my entire life. I accept that too. I won't find real love, I won't bear a child, and I won't have a family that I built. I'm okay with accepting this fate for myself.

My phone begins to ring, I hold the ice cold screen to my ear "Hello."

"Hey little cousin."

"What do you want?"

He sighs "I have bad news."

I frowned "What is it?"

"Arthur called-"

"And what did he say?"

"Well first he was cursing me for making out with you then he told me something I didn't know about Alistar."

My eyes went wide "Tea."

"He said he was doing research on Alistar and found his symbol since he's a powerful Warlock. He noticed that the day Brianna showed up she had Alistar's symbol on her hand. He found the symbol and realized she was under Alistar's control. I saw a symbol on your ankle that night, look for yourself."

I pulled up my left pants leg and saw Alistar's symbol "That bitch!"

"Arthur said that Alistar used mind compulsion and forced Brianna to go there to drive you away. I have the same symbol on my neck."

I growl "He's a dead man. There's only one way to get rid of these marks..."

Jacob sighed "You have to kill him."

"I need your permission...you know you kind of forbidden me from seeing him and if I do, I would've went against my fiancés wishes and the wolf court could punish me-"

"Elena, you have my permission" he smiles from the other side "Well I'm going to get off here and let you go beat Alistar's ass."

I laugh "Thanks."

He whispers "It's just your logic."

I hang up the phone and stand up, opening a portal to Alistar's secret mansion "Alistar!"

He smiled "Hi, buttercup."

"One, don't call me that! We're over! Two, I'm going to murder you!"

He poured a drink "Whoa beautiful, why so angry?"

"This wasn't part of our deal! You're controlling Brianna, Jacob, and me! You're using my emotions against me!"

"You agreed to marry me."

"Not after you cheated on me! That agreement ended the minute I caught you screwing someone else!"

"I said sorry like a million times."

"That's not enough! You were in bed with her! Our bed!"

"Isn't sorry enough?"

I growled "I wish you would jump off of a bridge!"
