Today the Witch courts will have a hearing from my father and I. I frankly intend to win but if I don't then I'll flee Persiania and go to Rolumpus with Arthur. Jacob and Diane have left for Kingstone and every month they'll transition which Kingdom they stay in. So, it's a simple balance between Kingstone and Jenoviah. Arthur and I will do the same when we marry if I'm Queen of Persiania.

I walk into the courts beside Arthur who will be in the bystander stand with Camille, Joshua, and their daughter Adela. Court is now in favor of the Prime minister of Persiania since the leader and assistant will be fighting today.

Prime minister Jake Middleson softly says "May 3rd, 2025. 10:25am court has officially begun" he taps the gavel "the court is gifted firstly to King Miguel."

His brows furrow "I declare that the Persianian throne be gifted to my last born, Prince Jackson instead of my oldest child Princess Elena."

Jake taps the gavel "Court floor belongs to Princess Elena."

I smile "I've refused under my fathers submission to marry a man of my own blood. I've refused under the 49th Persianian law to marry my blood related cousin Chief Jacob. Now with our most recent law, law 54 states that any member of a family has no rights over a minor child or legal adult to marry someone that they do not desire to marry. I've officially decided that I refuse to marry Jacob and if I'm stripped of my royal Persianian heirlooms and rights then I will leave Persiania."

Jake taps the gavel "Court floor belongs to King Miguel."

"Fine then, leave your country for a Vampire who doesn't even love you! You're just going to run away from your people based on selfish decisions to be with a man that is illegal to our country!"

Jake taps the gavel "Court floor belongs to Princess Elena."

I sigh "You say that he's a man that doesn't love me but yet you paid no attention to when Jacob didn't love me as his wife to be. So in your eyes what's the difference? Other than Arthur is of a species that you hate. You're a speciesist. That's based on your own selfish beliefs. Just because your parents were killed in the arms of a Vampire doesn't mean you can treat Arthur like a monster, he isn't one."

"Court floor belongs to King Miguel" he taps the gavel.

"The only thing I have against him is that he is the same species as the man that murder your grandparents and his grandfather did a similar action of killing innocent people!"

Jake shouts "Order! King Triton murdered those people because they kidnapped and assaulted his six year old daughter and hurt her severely. Arthur's aunt was defenseless and as a father myself, King Triton did what he was supposed to do" the legislative members began chattering "Order in the court! Court floor belongs to legislative members."

One rises "Well, King Miguel, since you refuse to give the throne to the rightful next in line and you refuse to give it to your daughter Camille who married a Vampire. Do you think Prince Jackson will take the vouch to become King?"

Jake taps the gavel "Court floor belongs to King Miguel."

Father smiles at Jackson "To please his old man, I bet he would."

I shake my head "As if either of us is stupid enough to bend to your will and bow to your needs of being the successor."

Jake slams the gavel "Order, strike one in court!" he sighs "Prince Jackson will you please take the stand?"

Jackson stands up "I will take the stand" he walks in-between father and I and pauses.

Jake sighs "Prince Jackson Marcus Adolpha-Delvaux of Persiania will you vouch and pledge your life as King of Persiania?"
