My water broke on May 14th, 2031. My contractions begin to get closer and more extreme with more time that goes by.
"Camille, get over here! Her water broke and I don't know what to do!"
Camille teleported herself to our bedroom, walked over to me, and looked at my dilation "Oh yeah, we've got to get them out."
I strip down as Camille puts a brown towel underneath me, Jacob drapes a blue sheet over my naked body.
"Alright, on the count of three I want you to push. One, two, three..."
My lungs just felt as if they shriveled up or collapsed in my chest. With all the screaming and crying I shouldn't have my voice anymore. It was an hour, an hour I spent in labor pushing our child into the world. Eventually the baby decided to come out, crying. Healthy and beautiful.
Camille walked away for a second to check and see if our baby was ok.
I look up at Jacob trying to hide how scared I am, he's behind me holding me close to him "This is where you choose if I'm your breeder or wife...what is it?"
He runs a hand through my hair "I can't raise a kid on my own. Ezekiel lives with his mother. Besides, that tradition died off centuries ago and was only practiced by dictators who had nannies."
"You're going to let me live?"
He rolled his eyes "Camille, tell me the gender."
She brought the baby over "It's a healthy and beautiful baby girl! Congrats!"
"Yeah, I'm definitely going to need you and your help Elena" he kissed my forehead and grabbed the baby from Camille.
"Selena..."
"Audrey" he placed her on my chest "Selena Audrey Adolpha."
Her eyes fluttered open to reveal orange eyes. Meaning she is a wolf. She tried learning how to breathe on her own. Slowly, but she got it after a while.
"She's a wolf!" he smiled and kissed her forehead.
I sighed and thought to myself. Am I seriously happy? With this? The way that we were forced to marry and love...out of hormones we brought a baby into the world.

Eventually, I stopped dreaming and woke up to realize that Arthur may come back for me. I breathed. He may come back. I can't lose my faith in him now...
