Today, Camille plans to confront our father about her pregnancy in front of the Witch courts and her (hopefully soon) marriage to Joshua. She says that Joshua will be present at the hearing. Camille is quite the idol for standing up. The courts will automatically rule in her favor since she possesses Joshua's baby. Then father will have nothing to say as long as 2/3rd of the Witch courts vote for her side and I'm the head assistant. So he'll have a fight if he tries telling her she can't be with him.

It'll be one hell of a battle but I'll stand by my sister's side and protect her if it's needed. I slip into a long white dress and slip my shoes on. My hair was steamed this morning so it's pretty straight today. Won't stay straight for long though, it's a bit humid. Anybody with natural biracial hair knows the struggle. My father was African-American and my mother was Native/European American. But we're all Persianian now. I went to my walk-in closet and grabbed white shoes to go with my dress.

There was a sudden knock at the door when I grabbed my shoes "Come in."

Camille opened the door and smiled nervously "Hey, you ready to go?"

I grab my car keys "Yep."

She wore a silver dress, it fit against her hips nicely. She doesn't necessarily have a bump currently. She said she wants to marry before the bump becomes noticeable.

I sped down the highway and turned to the legislative building parking lot.

I looked at her and smiled "You ready?"

She smiled "I'm quite scared actually but yes."

I grabbed her hand "Hey, no matter what. I'm going to fight for you so after we get out of here you better start planning this wedding."

She smiled as we got out of the car and walked to the court rooms. She stood on her side of the courts on a platform. I took my place at the judges bench and called for silence. The legislative team sat quietly on the opposite side of me in the courts in auditorium chairs facing my direction. Father stood on the other platform opposite of Camille. It's the first time my father hasn't sat in the leader of the legislative desk. I took a deep breath knowing that this was about to get pretty nasty.

"October 13th, 2025. 11:45am, court has officially begun" I lightly tap the gavel down "the court is gifted firstly to Princess Camille."

She bites her lip "I've gathered everyone here today to discuss an important matter on a marriage that I wish to be granted by the courts" the courts looked at her oddly "Prince Joshua and I are asking for the Witch courts to rule out and allow us to marry."

I tapped the gavel lightly "Court floor belongs to King Miguel."

Father glared at her "He's the son of Mikeal and you know what Mikeal did to your grandparents! Are you out of your mind!"

I tapped the gavel "Court floor belongs to Princess Camille."

"But we've officially signed a peace treaty with Jenoviah and Rolumpus which states that all 4 Kingdoms are at peace with each other, so I don't see the problem with marrying a Vampire."

I tapped the gavel "Court floor belongs to King Miguel."

"Peace treaty or not, you don't need to marry a Vampire!"

I tapped the gavel as a hand raised in the Witch court "Floor belongs to the legislation members."

One of them stood up "But Princess Camille, the law clearly states that our Kingdom citizens, which justifies for you also. Should not have any contact with a Vampire, let alone a marriage."

I tapped the gavel "Court floor belongs to Princess Camille."

She sighs "There are rules that combat that rule specifically" she begins to pace around her platform "the only law that combats against that law is if the Vampire and Witch conceive a mutual child of common blood which can be proven positive in the court of law."
