As I walked back into my room my head started getting a little dizzy so I walked straight to my bed.

As soon I got to the bed I got on it and laid my head down.

These tens to help with the dizziness.

After a while my phone starting going off.

I thought it was Avery but turns out it was Kingston.

"Hello" I answered.

"Hey dyl" she said sounds weak thought.

"Kingston how are you"

"I'm doing ok but I'm here to say" she paused.

"Say what Kingston" I asked.

"To say goodbye".

I couldn't say anything.

"I'm saying goodbye Dylan. I'm sorry but I lost" she said.

Nothing came out of my mouth at this point.

"My body can't handle it anymore so I'm saying goodbye"

"Kingston"

"I love you Dylan always to eternity"

"Kingston"

"Say it back one last time"

"King" she cut me off.

"Say it please say it"

Tears was coming out as I was shaking my head.

"I love you always and eternity" i said with tears not soaking my shirt.

"Bye bye dylian bear" she said one last time.

"Bye bye Sunflower" I smiled with a little chuckle.

"Bye" she said hanging up.

This would be my last conversation with my big sister, my rock, my role model, my best friend.

"Cold blue in room 304" a nurse said running down the hall.

I instantly knew that was Kingston room.

I wanted to go but I knew if I went and saw my sister laying down dead I would have never let go of her body.

Only thing I could think about was Kingston last words.

This could've never happen if I was around.

Fucking brain tumor did this.

I was supposed to save her instead she died on me.

Third person pov

Dylan sat in her room crying just thinking about Kingston.

All of their memories came flooding to her like all at once.

Dylan couldn't stop blaming herself for Kingston death.

She believed that she would still be here if she wasn't sick.

What Dylan didn't know was that Kingston was always depressed even when around Dylan.

She just hid it so Dylan wouldn't worry.

Kingston also became even more depressed when her boyfriend had broken up with her by cheating.

He knew he was just using Kingston but still wanted to hurt Kingston even more.

Kingston depression was bad and only was getting worse.

Her death wasn't Dylan fault but of course Dylan would never know any of this due to Kingston hiding it from her.
