I just look out the window the moon shining as I just hug my legs looking at the note in my hand, a a dress a salvation, I don't even understand what's going on, all I know is father died a few days ago, my brother told me it was sector two, the pureblood brothers that killed him, I may have trained as hunter but I still don't fully understand all this supernatural world, vampires, werewolf all I know is they scare me

Fangs and claws powers that humans don't have, I haven't been able to have a normal life, I wish I could go to school and play with toys instead I have been playing with knives and stakes, I have seen them face to face, almost been killed but I was protected now that my father is dead my 16 year old brother is in charge since the hunters are young, and I know he hates me, females aren't normally trained to be hunters they are the house wives, the ones that raise the children but not me, it's like I'm special, I have this gift of knowing when vampires and werewolves are around, but to him I'm a punching bag, he likes to abuse me and I hate it

Ever since father died I have been locked in my room and I am nervous what he will do, will they kill me, sell me, I read that the empires are looking for young children, young adults to make them serve vampires, they are all male population and their laws state they can only assault and feed off vampires, I'm coming to the age I might be useful

But a few weeks ago this group of young men saw my brother hit me in public they gave me a address to join them, saying they will look after me, will give me a real childhood, I never belonged here the only one that loved me was mother, but father said she ran away, she left, and left me here I cried a lot that night

But I can't stay here, but every time I look out the window I get scared, I just lean to the door "You really think gifting the enemies something is a good idea" Darren my brothers second in commend says

A tear runs down my eyes he wants to sell me, to Noah, the pureblood, the oldest pureblood brother, in human years his only 20, but I heard the rumours about all three, the respected older one, the insane and manic middle one who is a seeker, and the unstable younger one who is also a hybrid

"She isn't my true sister, I would kill her my self if she wasn't valuable" Jayden says his only 16 yet he has cruelty u would expect I just run to the door, opening the key lock it isn't save running with no money, no nothing but I don't have many things I wasn't allowed but before I leave I take the necklace my mother gave me and out it in as I crawl out the door running through the first, I guess I'm mature for my age we need to be too be hunters as I just run hoping I will find a town as I just fall over wincing when I hurt my ankle
