"What the hell is going on," Noah says as he follows me into the room.

"Bed," I say to Caelyn taking her leash off as she does what I say

"Don't fucking comment I can't let her out of my sight" I growl

"I'm not, okay look I wanted to talk about this but what's wrong with him I have never seen him like this," Noah says I feel guilty that Darcy thinks I don't care anymore and that he is jealous it's why I didn't want him to form a connection because at that moment I chose Caelyn instead of him and I never wanted it to be that way.

"It's my fault ever since I got her I have barely seen him, I have been so consumed with tormenting her that I forgot to spend time with him, I know you don't want to but maybe he should taste her blood he thinks something is going on," I say we haven't even told Darcy about Levi yet or her father.

"No he wants her dead as it is you know, he has low self-control I have tasted a bit of her blood and almost drained her dry," Noah says Caelyn watches as I feel her heart pound but I can't leave her alone now, especially since my brother confessed he wants her dead and won't stop.

"Why doesn't anyone want me to love, it's breaking my wolves heart knowing I can't love my mate," I say Noah just puts a hand on my shoulder.

"That's why I wanted to talk to you, you have to fix things with Darcy I won't do it for you, spend time with him during the night, drug her, lock the door, he doesn't like spending time with me he likes spending time with you, you two were so close," he says

"Then a girl walked into my life and stole my heart, but I don't want to lose him I love him more than I ever would love her" I say do I?

"Then try to fix things tell him that she is just your pet that she is valued and if he kills her it puts us in danger, make him think that, if you have to manipulate him do it then spend time with him," he says

He is right it's why I always look to Noah because he knows the deal

"I will but didn't you want to take her away from me too," I say I look back and she just almost pouts at me fuck don't give me that look darling.

"And that makes her sad, don't make my baby sad" I chuckle

"I slept on it, can we at least go in the bathroom so they won't watch it's sort of hard having a heart-to-heart with two humans in the room," Noah says I just nod but before I go into the room I drag my desk on the door as I just push it against it and Noah just chuckles.

"If he knows your doing this he will react more" Noah chuckles I just shrug as we go to the bathroom locking it.

"It's unfair of me to threaten that on you, that pact we made I did it because I know I could never love and I thought the same for you especially but your changing Xander you have emotions your growing a heart, all because of Caelyn I can't take that happiness away from you when I was so worried about losing you a few years ago due to the darkness so I give my permission," he says as I feel a weight get taken off my chest.

"I still don't know how to love" I mumble

"Don't hide from it, I mean try to hide it in public if people start finding out they will try to use her against you and that's why I was scared in the first place?" he says

"Has anyone seen Levi," I say

"No traces of him, this kid is good, he uses different names, kills any witnesses, like the cop you mentioned he was shot dead," he says

"Great so the boy after my girl isn't afraid of pressing the trigger" I sigh

"He is technically supernatural he can't get into here, and he won't be able to get into sector five, we have a year to come up for an excuse to give Mathias" he shrugs
