I wanted to tell Xander to not leave me with Koby, I just get this weird vibe from him even when he fed off me I swear he chuckled, but I knew I couldn't make a scene or maybe I'm being paranoid, he hasn't spoken or touched me the entire way back, as we just make it to a small village, my heart just pushes against my chest, I want Xander but I don't want to make a scene either maybe he has made me into almost a baby that depends on me that needs him all the time, maybe he has fully broken me.

Koby hasn't spoken to or touched me but it still doesn't make me comfortable, as we make it into a village courtyard, he just looks at the numbers and then leads me further into the village what if this a trap as My hand shakes but he just stops when we make it outside a house as silence just fills the air, this is a lot different to sector two which is surrounded by forest and darkness, even with the darkness there are gardens everywhere I swear I even hear crashing water, I wonder what it leads you to it if the ocean leads to another island "I wouldn't do that if I was you I mean if you want to get eaten by sharks be my guest" Koby says I just look at him wide-eyed, did he just-?

"Read your mind, yes, you are probably wondering why," he says just slowly stepping towards me as I just step back his demeanour totally changed one second he was calm now his like a different person I just bite my lip when I hit the wall and he creeps closed.

"You lied didn't you," I say as he just gently strokes my cheek

"Bingo and I wouldn't scream if I was you I'm a lot quicker and stronger than Xander we will be out of here even before he can react," he says

I just stare at him in shock, now I'm even scared to think "What am I then, what are you" I say

"I'm a vampire darling, you however well that's a whole different story I'm happy to tell you, happy to explain this connection you can also feel," he says his right I feel this draw to him it isn't like the one with Xander this is one is almost more forced like I'm forced to follow him forced to trust him.

I just nod "Cute humans are so naive I'm not going to tell you just so you can go running to Xander and my whole cover-up will be blown so I'm going to give you two options you come with me and I won't need to use violence I won't need to hurt you well yet and I will explain, from everything from what you are, to who your father is," he says

"You knew my father," I say my breathing getting heavy like I'm going to have a panic attack,

"I didn't just know your father I killed him," he says

My father is dead, I always had a feeling I guess deep I hoped he was because knowing he was alive and didn't come for me would have broken my heart "Because he was going to be an obstacle in my way of you, so you can either come with me now we don't much time before my diversion finishes or we do this the hard way I still have time Caelyn and believe me my plan to get you will cause a lot of unnecessary suffering on your part" he says I'm in too much shock to even think, confused about this whole situation.

"Tick tock" he whispers in my ear

"What are you planning to do with me," I say

"You're a very very valuable asset to achieving my sole purpose in life," he says

"How do you expect me to just go with you when you're telling me nothing," I say

"I'm not dumb Caelyn if I tell you and you say no you will go running to Xander and again I will have a whole clan and pack after me, not that I'm afraid of them I can kill hundreds with a snap of my finger, your time is up I was hoping you would have been smarter, I wouldn't talk if I was you," he says just stepping away as I try to hold in my cries, my fear as I just grip my eyes shut briefly.
