Friday, 1st May

''Okay off you go guys and see you on Tuesday!'' my maths teacher says as everyone makes their way out of the classroom. Maths is by far one of my favourite subjects and having a great teacher makes it even better.

''Charlotte!'' I hear Morgan scream as she runs up to me and hugs me. I hug her back and we make our way to lunch. We walk to the hang out area where all of the ''popular'' kids eat lunch and sit on our table. Morgan sits next to Bradley and kisses him, they are so cute together, I say hi to Lauren, Matt, Sam and Jack as I make my way to the end of the table and sit next to Reece. As you probably guessed already, Lauren is with Matt and Sam is with Jack. NONO! Do not get the wrong idea. Me and Reece are just friends. We both agreed a long time ago that we don't have feelings for each other whatsoever.

''So Charlotte.. it's your birthday tomorrow '' Reece says full of enthusiasm.

''Well guys, my dad is off to New York for a business meeting and my mum agreed to go with him and take my brother with them so that I could have a party!'' I said and everyone cheered. I didn't want a huge party because, although I had many friends, I much rather spend my birthday with the closest people to me. '' So, my house, tomorrow at 6pm'' I said. Everyone nodded and we carried on eating our lunch.

''Mum! We're home!'' I say as me, Morgan and Reece walk thorugh the door. My mum is so used to them being over everyday after school that it seems unusual to her when I come home by myself.

''Hello Charlotte, I'm glad you're home early. We need to head off to the airport in an hour and we want to give you your presents before we go'' My mum said walking down with my dad and Jake, my 11 years old brother, each carrying a big bag of wrapped up presents. Yes, my parents were extremely rich but I never really acted upon it as I hate people giving me attention because of it. My friends' parents were also rich and thankfully they were all friends since school which meant that we always got to go on holidays together. I sit down on the sofa as they pass me my presents and I unwrap them. I got the new iPhone 6 plus, a new mac book as mine was really old and it kept turning off for no reason, a spa weekend for me and my friends, a Micheal Kors bag and watch, a LOT of money to spend on shopping in London and some mac make up.

''Omg guys thank you so much you spoiled me rotten!'' I hugged my parents and my brother. I really did appreciate everything that I got.

''Oh hun, this is not everything! There is one more thing!'' My mum announced and I looked at her curious. She passed me an envelope ''I hope you like it''.

I opened the envelope and I couldn't believe it! '' Oh my god is this real?!'' my parents nodded and I screamed and hugged them.

''What is it?'' Morgan questioned curious while Reece just stood there laughing at how excited I was.

''MORGAN WE ARE GOING TO AMITY FEST!'' I said and Morgan screamed and hugged me. We jumped around like little kids while Reece was on the floor in fits of laughter.

''Keep on reading hun!'' My dad said and I did as he told me.

''VIP?! Oh my god Morgan we are meeting them!'' I screamed and Morgan ran up to my parents hugging them. We spend the next 10 minutes trying to contain ourselves. It was time for my parents and brother to leave so we said goodbye and they made their way to the airport. I still can't believe I got 4 ticket to meet Zoe, Alfie, Louise, Marcus, Niomi, Tanya, Jim, Caspar and most importantly, Joe. I called Lauren and Sam to tell them that they're coming too and they were almost as excited as I was. Morgan, Reece and I spend the night in my entertainment room watching movies and eating pizza.
