We had finally went through our plans and we were at Top Golf having a good time.
"Okay hold it just like this." I said as I helped Jayden since he was small.
"One, two, three." I said before we swung the Golf club hitting the golf ball watching it fly.
"Yayyyy." He cheered and I gave him a high five.
"Yo' phone ringing, it's yo' producer." Siah said handing it to me.
"I wanna go again." Jayden said.
"C'mon you go on my turn lil dude." Siah said as he helped him like I did.
"I'll be right back." I said walking away just a little to answer the phone.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Aye you know how you supposed to go to the studio tomorrow?" He asked.
"Yes Keilan, I'm still coming but you- I need you to come by right now I got some to talk to you about." He cut me off and I looked at Siah and Jayden laughing having a good time.
"I can't, i'm out right now." I said.
"I wouldn't ask you if it wasn't this serious." He sighed.
"Keilan i haven't seen Siah in months and this the first time we've been out together since plus we have his nephew too. I'm not leaving them. It's already enough that I answered the phone while we're spending quality time together." I said.
"I understand that but- why is it so important?" I cut him off.
"I need to talk to you." He said.
"You can't just text it? Why do you need to see me to talk?" I asked.
"It's about yo' dad." He said.
"My dad?" My expression changed. "What about him?" I asked.
"It's him he the one that was there when my parents got killed." He said and I got quiet. I didn't know what to say. I connected the dots a few months ago but I didn't know how to approach it.
