I put down my phone once I heard my doorbell ring. Getting up, I walked to the front door and once I seen who it was, I opened it.
"Hey Jada." I smiled.
"Hey." She smiled as well as I let her in.
"You can follow me to the living room." I said.
"I was surprised when you dm'd me." She sat down.
"Well, your live video got around and we got someone in common, Serayah." I said.
"Interesting." She said.
"You know my boyfriend Kado is her producer, I've had to check her twice about him because I just know she be tryna flirt with him." I said.
"You think they got some going on?" She asked.
"I know they do, ain't no way they supposedly always at the studio just doing music." I said.
"That's what I was thinking when she would be over Josiah house and he would be over hers." She said.
"How long was y'all dealing with each other?" I asked.
"Girl for a while, and every time i tried to put aside my feelings cause I was told they were JUST best friends and not to worry about her." She said.
"Chile and now they actin' like the best couple, she can't never just stick to her own man." I said.
"But it was one person she was dealing with, D2? When Kado used to have his homeboys over I heard him mention her name a couple of times." I said.
"I wonder why they stopped talking." She said.
"We can find out." I said.
"She gone get what's coming for her, everybody think she just this innocent sweet girl that sings." She said and I nodded.
"That's another thing I believe she did something with Kado to get a record. Ain't no way she was brand new in the game and four months later she already doing shows and got the numbers she got." I said.
"Then she even got a album coming out, on that interview she talking bout some bout she always work with him cause he know her music better than anybody. Then I heard her on the phone with Josiah one day talking about it's hard tryna find the right person to do business with cause they treat women like sex symbols and be tryna get wit her." She said.
"Girl she was practically throwing herself at Kado in the studio." I said shaking my head. "She wanna be a victim so bad." We laughed.
"We gone get along just fine." She said.
"And will, You want to grab something to eat?" I asked.
