[Turtle's Hideout]
[Time: 6:00 PM]
[Insert Music: Tarzan Boy - Baltimora]
Back at the Turtles' hideout, hours had passed since the events of the previous chapter, and now the atmosphere was one of celebration-celebrating the success of Operation Invasion! In the hideout, laughter and chatter filled the air as the song Tarzan Boy played in the background, courtesy of Mondo.
At this moment, a pizza flew through the air, spinning like a disc before being perfectly sliced by Leonardo's swords. With quick, precise movements, he cut the pizza into slices mid-air, each piece landing on the plates in front of Eri, Inko, Ochako, Nejire, Tsuyu, Himiko, Mirko, and Ryukyu. Eri's eyes sparkled with admiration at Leonardo's skills, while Nejire began clapping excitedly.
Nejire: "Wow! That was amazing!"
Himiko: "And it's cut perfectly... Impossible!" - She marveled as she looked at her slice of pizza, noticing that her piece, along with everyone else's, was perfectly cut.
Izuku: "You shouldn't expect anything less from the master of swords." - He said, smiling at Leonardo. Izuku was also seated at the table with his own slice of pizza.
Leonardo: "Training and a little style, what can I say?" - Leonardo gave a proud smile and shrugged, feeling the respect.
Across the hideout, Jin lay stretched out on the couch with his left leg bandaged, while Pete, Leatherhead, Mondo, and Casey-who had his arm in a cast-listened to Michelangelo. Standing in front of them, Mikey spoke with exaggerated enthusiasm, gesturing dramatically.
Michelangelo: "So, there I was, facing that huge ink dragon alongside SunEater, Lemillion, and Pete! You saw that thing, it was massive and strong! With a swipe of its tail, it knocked me down like nothing. Pete here can vouch for that, right?" - He asked, pointing at Pete, who was munching on his slice of pizza while leaning against the back of the couch.
Pete: "Absolutely!" - He agreed, nodding.
Michelangelo: "When it knocked me down, I got mad but motivated! So I went up to the dragon, wrapped my chains around it, and... WHAM! I tore it to pieces! And just like that, I created a rain of ink falling from the sky! Hehehehe!" - He said, telling the story in the most epic way possible with dramatic hand gestures.
Jin: "Man, I can't believe I missed that!" - He exclaimed, a bit disappointed he hadn't witnessed it.
Casey: "Hah! Yeah, right, like I'm gonna believe that. Ink rain, what an exaggeration." - He said while sipping from a soda can. Despite his words, it was clear he was enjoying Michelangelo's enthusiasm.
Rockwell: "As surprising as it sounds, Casey, he's not exaggerating. It's true." - He said, literally sitting in mid-air while eating his slice next to Mondo. - "I was out there too, so I'm also a witness."
Pete: "And that's not all! When those little dragons appeared from all that ink, the four of us took them on, each one of them! I felt so badass in that moment!" - He said proudly as Raphael approached, crossing his arms with a smug smile.
Raphael: "That's nothing compared to my fight. I took on a guy who moved his arms ridiculously fast. His attacks were everywhere, and he hit hard, but of course, with my fists and wisdom, I taught him a lesson!" - He said, raising his fist with a grin in front of the group, which made Michelangelo raise an eyebrow, giving Raph a playful look.
