The meeting was concluded. Chay was the mafia leader. The youngest one in the family. Porsche helped Chay figure things out. The first few days with the new position were rough. Chay couldn't even sort his feelings out. He came off a cold arrogant and ferocious leader. His first priority was to tend to the men that had been injured. Then he proceeded to suppress any turmoil with fellow associates of the mafia family. There were minor attacks from people who tried to overthrow him but Porsche had his back.

The two brothers worked well together. Kim too was advising and tipping Chay off about things he knew. Kinn and Tankhun were taking time off in the house. It had been years since Kinn had felt this free. He was grateful to take time off and register the events at his own pace. Without his father there he could truly relax.

Life moved on smoothly without Korn controlling anyone. Porsche missed his mother for a few days but he was accustomed to her absence. It almost felt like nothing big had happened in the house.

Vegas was content with Pete. He would simply cook at home but had also become Porsche's close advisor. He helped the brothers run the business as best as he could. With such powerful men backing him up Chay could feel a little relived. He had also begun his training to become capable of the head's position.

But his plan wasn't any of this. He had decided to do something entirely different. He was enjoying the power somehow. He wanted to taste it for just a few days more. He loved the authority.

"P'Kim, I need a lawyer." He was on call with Kim.
"Sure. I'll send someone good. Anything else for you, sir?"
"Stop!" Chay smiled.
"Alright. I'll see you around dinner." Kim hung up. Unlike Chay he did have time to attend classes. It distracted from the events of that day. The fact that both him and Chay were ready to sacrifice their relationship for the sake of the battle made him shiver. They were back to normal almost immediately but it had happened. He was attacked by Chay. He had attacked Chay. They were against each other. He had started doubting if he truly loved Chay and if the boy loved him back.

But he couldn't stop caring. He would spend nights sleeplessly worried about Chay's safety. The guy had practically put himself on the top where everyone and anyone could target him. It clawed Kim to know that Chay had to commit brutal crimes to maintain that position. Where was his sweet innocent Chay that would never even dream of doing such things? But then again, he would accept everything no matter what. He would accept and love Chay. He was in love with Chay. He just couldn't figure the boy out. He had changed.

Back at the main family house he ate dinner with Chay. They discussed their daily activities, laughed, smiled
and enjoyed a hearty meal. When it was time for them to go back to sleep Kim pulled Chay aside.

"You are coming with me."
"P'Kim I have stuff to do."
"Not tonight. Please?" Kim pouted.
Chay couldn't help but give in.

They entered Kim's room. They completed their night routines and then climbed into bed together. No matter how powerful and big Chay had become he still loved resting his head on Kim's chest, being cuddled along with it. He loved his lovers arms, his scent, his breath. He loved every bit of him.

"P'Kim I feel content."
"Hmm? With what?"
"With the position I held. I'm done now. I prefer being a normal university kid."
"What do you mean?"
"I wanted the position but not forever. I wanted to experience it. I don't like it a lot. You were right, it's tiring and dangerous. I can't imagine the amount of times I've been tempted to just order the guards to kill everyone. I get so frustrated when I can't spend time with my brother outside work, can't play my guitar, can't hang out with Macau and can't be with you like this. I want all that back P'Kim. I've decided. That was my plan initially and I will stick to it."
"That's why you want the lawyer?"
"Yes, I am returning everything to P'Kinn."
"Are you sure?"
"Don't worry, I've thought this through."

Kim nodded and kissed Chay's forehead. He stoked his hair affectionately conveying his support for the decisions.
"Let's go to sleep now." He kissed Chay lightly on the lips.
"Good night, P'Kim. I love you." Chay said, his lips still on Kim's. There he was, Kim's sweet innocent Chay. Always there with him.

Kim's heart skipped a beat. The words reassured him. His doubts about Chay and his own feelings subsided.

"I love you too."
