"You've printed it, yes?" Anna nodded at the question and got her bag. Zack gave a big sigh and Luz looked at him.

"What's wrong with you? It's not even 9 o'clock yet."

Zack looked at her and rolled his eyes. He laughed sarcastically as he made himself a cup of coffee and with each sip from the cup, he would continue to sigh.

Anna got immediately annoyed and looked at him, telling to shut up or she'll break his favourite cup.

"See, going to school is stressful. I'd rather burn myself in Hell a million times than to step foot into that horrendous prison where they keep children to look at books for like seven hours of their lives."

Anna folded her arms and shook her head in disappointment. Zack carried his bag and went to the door.

"Are we going or not? Cause I'm hella tired right now."

...

"O M G, Luz Noceda is in school!"

"She's so gorgeous, so handsome!"

"She is mine!"

"No, she is mine!!"

On the second day of school, people started swarming around her. Again. It felt like it was the umpteenth time this was happening and it was horrible. The situation was so awful that some people even followed her home.

Zack and Anna were also caught up as others also admired their beauty, but Luz made an illusion of herself and left the group of people.

She started breathing heavily and she looked up, just to see a short boy that was black in complexion.

"Wow, you're good at illusion magic!" He exclaimed.

"Woah!" Luz shifted back, thinking he was amongst her fans but was putting on an act.

"Please, tell me you're not part of those crazy people."

The short boy laughed loudly and cleaned his tears of laughter and he shook his head. He held Luz's hand and his eyes started to glisten.

"Are you by any chance..." He looked around her body and gasped at her ear.

"A human?!"

"Oh, I hate answering these questions."

"I guess?"

He put his hand on his chin and raised his eyebrow in confusion.

"But humans don't have the magic sack in their heart."

Luz gulped, looking for a reply to make.

"My genes are really kind of messed up, I don't know how to explain."

She scratched her head and he looked at her and gave a sigh of relief.

"My name is Gus! My friend Willow has been talking about you for some time now, about how you know some flowers."

Luz continued to chat with him and looked behind him, as she saw crazy children screaming her name and running towards her.

"Gus. Could you do something for me?" She put her hands on his shoulder and he tilted his head.

"Run and absolutely do not look back!"

Nonetheless, Augustus Porter looked back and his eyes widened than ever before. He ran for his life, faster than he ever could.

Luz looked around, thinking of what particular magic to use to block them.

She quickly thought of abomations and drew a circle. An abomatination wall was made, stopping everyone from coming close to her.

But behind her was a green haired girl with the most gorgeous, golden eyes. Her jaw literally dropped because of what she was seeing and she cleaned her eyes exactly 5 times to confirm what she was seeing.

As Luz looked at her, the abomination wall was slowly disappearing.

The green haired girl looked at Luz and went to her.

"Humans don't have magic!"

Luz sighed, hating herself for putting herself into drama.

"Yes, they do not."

"I haven't even mastered that-"

But Luz cut her off. She grabbed the green haired girl and put her at her back, stopping what was being thrown at her with her bare hand.

"Tch." The bully clicked her tongue and was playing with a rock, a big one in fact.

"What the hell!? Is this how you guys do things before classes start!?"

She threw another one and Luz caught it again.

"Hey, you're really powerful for a human! My name is Boscha."

"And I know that's the last thing you'll ever hear when you get... This!"

She surprisingly threw another rock at her, but Luz blocked it, making sure it didn't hit the green haired girl.

"Argh!"

Luz fell on the floor in pain and the girl immediately attended to her.

"Are you alright!?"

Luz looked at her and laughed.

"Do I look alright? My left hand just got damaged by some crazy shithead over there."

Luz healed herself immediately and stood up. Luz looked at her and she looked back at Luz.

"What's your name?"

"Why are you asking for my name, human? Don't you know me?"

Luz rolled her eyes.

"If I did, would I have asked for your name?"

She was in shock. For years, no one had talked to her like that. She was known for her achievements, her family's business and their reputation in the society.

"Amity. Amity Blight."

Luz smiled at her.

"It's very nice to meet you, Amity. I guess I'll see you later."

Luz walked to class and Boscha walked away with her mates, in total defeat. Amity Blight was just standing in the middle of the hallway, as she saw a human walking away to class.

"Maybe if I befriend her, I can get some info from her."

"Besides, she was pretty cute too."

...

"Luz, we are so sorry. We didn't know you were facing her again!"

Anna apologised immediately, and so did Zack. Luz told them that it was alright, and she didn't have any problems.

"If I didn't know healing magic, my left hand would be completely obliterated."

"That girl needs some serious help."

Anna said and Zack folded his arms and nodded his head. Luz looked at her timetable and sighed.

"It's the fact that those horrid things all happened and I know that I'm still having classes."

"Abomination, huh. Maybe I'll see her again."

Zack and Anna waved as they went to their various classes. Luz went to her class and immediately she stepped inside, everyone sat down.

But she looked around for the girl she met not long ago, and she spotted her.

She went to her and sat behind her. Amity looked at her and looked at the window, and she looked at her again.

Everyone gasped. They knew what was coming next.

"What're you doing here?"
