Chapter 12.

For 2 hours, Luz and Sasha had been walking around hell, talking to each other about the things that had been currently happening to them.

But a part of Luz didn't know why, she just felt like it would be better if Amity was with her. Luz knew all she had been doing was cause her trouble but she still wanted her to be there.

"Luz? Luz!"

Luz turned to see Sasha's face and she frowned.

"Is there something wrong?"

Luz shook her head and gave a small sigh.

"Sasha, it's time for me to leave. I can't stay here for long, I'm not done with my mission. Heck, I'm not even close to finishing it."

She had a tint of anger and sadness in her heart. Nonetheless, she still gave Luz a bright smile. Luz felt that something was wrong and gave a small sigh.

Before Luz had gone, she gave Sasha a hug. She started to pat her hair and back and comforted her with her sweet, mesmerising voice.

"Sasha, there's no need hiding something from me. I can see everything you're going through."

She rested her chin on Luz's shoulder and started to cry. Even Luz felt sad that someone like Sasha adored her this much. Luz knew well she didn't deserve such love,

After the terrible deeds she had committed.

Luz gave her a present to keep so she could always think about her, then Luz left.

Sasha sniffed and there, was a big, broad smile that came upon her face.

Amity's hands were folded, her eyebrows were furrowed, and her eyes were brimming with anger. She was tapping her shoe on the floor, still waiting outside for Luz to reply.

Luz came out of the portal door outside and it folded into a briefcase once again. She kept the key in her pocket and saw Amity.

"Amity? Did you need something?"

She was surprised when someone had suddenly called her name and she turned to see a fellow classmate, Luz Noceda.

"I was just waiting for you. Your cousin told me that you weren't around and you told no one to come inside."

Luz opened the door with a key and welcomed Amity inside.

Anna and Zack weren't in the living room and it looked cleaner than before. Luz was in amazement of how everywhere was sparkling and she dropped the portal door on a vacant table.

"Waiting for me? Why?"

"I needed to talk to you about the... issue that occured yesterday."

Luz gave a big sigh and brought out orange juice and a glass cup.

"I told you Amity. There's no need to worry, everything will go exactly as-"

"But what about Zander?"

Luz poured the orange juice into the glass cup and gave it to her. She folded her arms and put her hand on her chin, thinking of what to say next.

"Should I kill him? You hate him, I hate him, people hate him. It's better to wipe him off existence."

Amity gave a huge decline on the inquiry and Luz sighed. She told Luz that she needed to meet up with Zander for something.

"You should really leave. I'll think of something. When I do, I'll let you know."

Amity nodded and thanked her. She waved and left the door.

Angel: You should really help her! She might be going through a lot of things.

Devil: More of she was the one who caused those things to happen to her. Let her be, so that she'll suffer those mistakes and learn from them!

Luz rolled her eyes in annoyance of the two voices that were disturbing her head like little children.

"How about I just help her, and then ask her for information indirectly? On my way, maybe I'll encounter new things that'll help me with this mission."

Luz realised something and immediately ran outside, wanting to catch up to Amity.

"Amity!"

She heard her name and she looked back.

"You're going to meet Zander now, aren't you? Let me follow you."

"So if I can be able to counterattack Zander, I can be able to get some info about this dimension."

"But what if he doesn't? He looks like the type of person who wouldn't speak even though I lock him up in a cell-"

"Might as well just torture him to death."

Luz and Amity had finally arrived to one of the most famous parks in Bonnesborough. It was known for its beautiful plants and its spectacular view during the nighttime.

Rumors said that two people would be together forever if they held hands under the most biggest tree in the park and looked at the moon exactly at 12:00 in the morning.

Amity pointed at Zander, who she had noticed sitting down on one of the benches.

Amity went forward and tapped his shoulder, and he looked back slowly. There was an immediate smile on his face and he told Amity to sit down, while Luz was standing, seeing everything in the background.

"How've you been doing so far?" He crossed his arm over Amity's neck and she started to feel uncomfortable.

"I-i'm perfectly alright."

"You see, I was planning on seeing your mother yesterday. But I had a few plans on my schedule. My father told me that he needed me to discuss some few things with your parents and if they didn't agree..."

He looked at her with a villainous smile and laughed.

"We would obviously leak your family's secret!"

He laughed and Amity started to shake.

"Aside from that, I hope you haven't been around that Luz girl or whatever her name is, right?"

Luz came out from wherever she was and started clapping and shook her head in total disappointment. She clicked her tongue and looked at him in total disgust.

"Is this how you treat your fiancé?"

"Tell her things she's meant to do and things she not meant to do? I believe that she's old enough to make decisions, yeah?"

He clicked his tongue in anger. He stood up and pointed at Luz.

"And what are you doing here, you freak?"

Luz acted sarcastically shocked and rolled her eyes.

"Look at yourself in the mirror and tell me who the freak is again. You really had a reputation for your bad mouth."

He shifted back and Luz came closer to him. Amity shifted away, feeling that something was about to go terribly wrong.

"Zander. I want you to answer this question."

"What's the difference between love and abuse?"
