Peter was nervous, he was bringing MJ to meet his family of course she met them briefly but this was spending actual time with them.
"Welcome home Peter Parker Romanov stark" came FRIDAY's voice as he walked into the elevator with some other staff "Hey Mini stark!" They greeted and he chuckled half heartedly "What's up? Asked the head scientist and Peter grimaced "My family are meeting my girlfriend" he said and they all cringed.
Peter and MJ walked out into the common area where the avengers were practicing their parental scowls "Hey Fam meet MJ!" He said nervously as he held her hand, they walked up to her and gave her a hard stare the best being Nat's and Bucky's "Guyyyys!" Peter whined but MJ just smirked, she walked up to tony and held her hand out when he went to shake it she pulled it away "Too slow" she said as she moved Nat but she just pulled out a box "I got you a gift" she said and his mother opened it skeptically but her eyes lit up when she pulled out a beautiful dagger

"Uhhhh aren't you worried about how she has access to these?!" Bruce cried but the two adults were too mesmerised by the weapons "Oh I know a guy!" MJ said casually and the avengers took a small step back "How much were these?" Asked Bucky his voice still small as he was so overjoyed he had to hide it and restrain himself from shouting. "Oh they weren't much when you put a book to their head and call the cops" she said and the avengers once again took a step back.
"So what do you think?" Peter said his face pained and his voice higher. "I love her!" Nat and Bucky said and the others gulped "She's something!" Clint said as he was hiding in the vents from the scary teenager "Thanks Robin Hood! Oh and I may have put a spider in the vents" MJ said and they heard a shriek and Clint came tumbling out the vents "WHERE!" He screeched looking around frantically "Where's what?" She asked innocently and he looked at her confused before pulling out his bow and aiming it at the vents "THE SPIDER!" He yelled and she frowned "What spider?" She asked smirking and he threw down his bow in annoyance and sulked on the couch "We're keeping her!" Tony cried along with Thor, Peter sighed in relief but that turned to dread "Hey MJ me and Bucky want to teach you some fighting moves!" Nat said and MJ grinned
"Uh oh" Peter muttered before leaving to his room which he promptly locked.
