"Well you look delightful my dear" Regina says as I walk out in my somewhat decent dress she hand-made.
"Yeah, Yeah" I twirl.
"Well, now your mother wanted to meet with you before you left" she states unsure.
Oh uh yeah okay thanks Regi"
I walk down the empty halls of the castle. Honestly, ever since my father died it's been pure silence. I missed his humor and way of lighting up this dull place. It was beautiful, but I hated living here. Our gates were almost always closed and there weren't many balls or parties so I was usually forced to go out to many sorority parties or bars and such. Usually in a disguise or just very protected by my few body guards.
As I approach to my mothers office, my hands get very sweaty and uneasy. Truth is, my mother & I have never really had a decent conversation since my father died. Which I must say, was 2 years ago. I give two silent but audible knocks to her double-door office.
"Yes, Come in" the voice I've come unfamiliar to hearing these days.
"Hello , ..mother" I say under my breath. "I have some very important news to discuss with you but before I do id like to point out, your body guards have come to me and said you've been going out to parties recently and I don't appreciate it" she states.
"I'm 19, I don't remember having to ask you for permission to go out" I reply in the most disgusted tone."Enough. I've hired a very skilled and mature body guard to be with you 24/7" she says as to rub in my face. She quickly adds, "In fact, he's a year older than you & must I say very handsome. Don't screw this up" she scolds but I take no interest.
I turn around about to walk out when a very tall but muscular figure stands in front of the door bumps into me. "Oh I'm so-" I'm about to apologize when he interrupts.
"I'm Harry, Harry Styles. You must watch where you step, wouldn't want the princess to fall" he mocks. I try tearing my eyes away from his green ones, but find it hard as he's only a couple inches away."Right" I say as I quickly make my way out.
