'Something about you, makes me wanna do things that I shouldn't'
I blame entirely the amount of confidence I have right now to the amount of alcohol I accomplished to down in just an hour. I felt as if I were in a rocking boat and I could out the consumed liquor at any moment.
"I'm taking that your here alone, alongside Emily of course" Derek's voice breaks me out of my dizzy trance and I lazily smile over at him, who's now made his place next to the booth chair next to mine.
I fumble on words to put out, I don't really know if I should share Harry's presence; But I don't really find a reason to in the end. I mean, whatever we 'had' doesn't matter and I should just accept the fact that he's with Kendall. Permanently.
"You are absolutely correct, although, I was hoping for a little fun tonight" I smirk, bringing my pointer finger up to my mouth and giving it a little bite. I tell ya, the tequila gives you that extra boost.
"We can have that arranged" He hums out, as I feel his arm snake itself around my waist and grip my side. I give an delighted low moan and his chuckle rings through my ears. And for just a split second, as my eyes are closed leaning into his breath, Harrys' image pops up and I back away.
I look around with a worried expression, and I catch a glimpse of Harry's figure walking out of the club. I frown, he wouldn't exactly care much for the interaction with Derek would he? I debate whether or not to follow out, but I'll just play myself a fool.
"Scarlett, are you alright?" His voice shocks me, his arm slowly backing away and I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding in.
"Peachy" I smile, I look over at my shot and down the last one. Derek's expression seems to be an impressed one and I grab his arm to lead him towards the dance floor. I needed to forget, and if this was a way, then I'd get away with it.
"A little urgent are we?" He taunts as I start to move my hips and wrap my arms around his neck.
"It'd be nice if you could catch up" I return, earning him to shove our bodies closer, if it were possible.
Being that I scored with someone as attractive as this, I couldn't deny that he wasn't Harry. I had to back away his face from my mind in order to focus on Derek, and it's probably the hardest thing i've ever had to do. Every now and then, feeling Derek's body rake on my own, places I've only longed to be touched, I pictured Harry being the one I were to be touched by. Memories of our physical interactions filled my every sense, and I knew Derek felt I wasn't exactly all there.
"No strings attached, I get it" He murmurs into my ear with a slight bite, my bum rubbing against his crotch and the lust for the physical was overwhelming.
"Don't recall me ever saying there wouldn't be any, but if we keep this up I'm sure you'd change your mind" I giggle, feeling a bit risky and reaching down to his tight pants.
"Would this be a bad time, to tell you that there's someone on the other side of the room who seems to take interest in our interaction" His voice now laced in confusion, we both stop and I look over to the other side of the room. And to my joy, Liam is stood in the doorway with a hurried expression towards me to signal me out of the door. I frown, it's a bit early to be leaving.
"I'll be back" I mumble, not even making any further contact with Derek and rushing my way towards Liam through the tense crowd.
