Chapter Sixteen: Needles and Thread

As I felt someone pull me through some heavy fog i noticed I was in a tunnel made out of a cave.

Once i was able to see to on the dark i noticed the person who was leading me to down through the tunnels. I they seemed alittle younger than me but seemed older like the were a vampire the woman wore a grey long sleeve top like dress with a hood.

"Are you alright?" The woman asks bringing me to a large cave area that she turned into a living space for her. "Yeah I'm alright." I said looking around noticing a few bats were still hanging around there was also a pile of deer bones and had been made into bed of some sort. "If you don't mind me asking where am i?" I asked looking back at the woman as she was setting up her bed made of deer hid.

"Hm? Oh this is my home and over in that corner with the pile of deer bones is my grandsons bed he likes to go and hunt around this time." She said with a smile before starting a fire to boil some water. "Wait your grandson? So that means you have a son?" The woman nods "yes that is correct unfortunately my son went missing and hasn't returned in awhile he usually doesn't stay gone longer than three or four nights at a time." She said not moving her gaze of of the boiling water then all of the sudden aloud howl was heard that almost sounded like a timber wolf. "What was that?" I asked the woman keeping my bag close to me.

"That was just Beast my grandson he likes to howl on the top of the cliffs nearby." She said getting up reveling a secert room that was hidden behind a gaint rock. "Quickly in here before he finds out your here." The woman said quickly pushing me to go into the other room before giving me a hug than gave me a gentle bite on the wrist as I bled "its for your protection." She said before closing of hole to the otherside she was on.

There was a strong scent of moss and lavender covering the air as I stepped more into the room seeing the girl from the mirror was standing in the opening with light that coming out of a hole in the higher walls from above shining on to an old Victorian mirror leaning against the dirt wall behind her she then turned around lefting a single finger pointing to the mirror.

I look over at the mirror and steps towards it then turns around seeing the girl was already behind me and pushed me into the mirror.

I wake up on the ground in a field of lavender standing up. There was a girl in a blue blue dress with a red rose pinning up her hair that had a dark golden tone like wheat in the fall.

"Hello sister.." She said taking notice I was awake and walked towards me as I noticed her eyes were nothing but pure red like being embers of rage."What happened to you?" I asked her as she looked like Anna. "I thought you were dead!" I shouted out to her as she walked towards me.

She smirked and tossed me a hunter's blade carved with a mirror shard for the blade "Thats was a dummy I made to make you think I was murdered so you could become like me." Anna said laughing "I mean seriously I just realized what I'm meant to be." She said getting closer towards me holding her weapon as I grabbed the hunter's knife.

"I don't want to hurt you." I said to try and reason with her.

Anna laughed and ran towards me taking the first attack. "You don't realize it do you?" Anna says as we fight "what are you talking about?" I say blocking her attacks.

"You have to wake up and you know this." Anna said smirking, then stabbed me in the leg causing me to cry in pain. "You may be my sister but you're not my Anna." I shout running after her and stabbing her through the back pricing her heart. "Clever girl. you've figured it out go." Anna said, coughing up blood "he's waiting for you Scarlett ." She said once last time before falling to the ground turning to ash and dust.

"I'm sorry anna." I said dropping the knife walking away wanting to forget all of what happened behind me.

I started to feel a warm feeling and started to glow as I faded away from the lavender Valley field.

I looked around, seeing I was in a field of lilies with a door leading to nowhere as it was just standing in the middle of nowhere.

It had a similar design that looked like my childhood bedroom door with the faded white paint and worn dark oak. The door appeared in front of me and opened up seeing it was my bedroom.

I stepped inside the room as the door closed behind me. "It's so weird being in my own room." I said to myself as I looked around seeing a girl who looked like me was asleep in my bed.

"Hey what are you doing in my bed? Wake up." I say shaking her as the room begins to shake and fall apart as I hear a deep voice "Scarlett come on you need to wake up." The voice says as my head started to hurt while the room was falling apart i notice a chunk of the ceiling falling down above me knocking me out.
